A great hotel with wonderful people. They are kind and helpful. At free breakfasts, they prompt and help to convey. The spa is cozy and beautiful.
On the day of the wedding, we received a magnificent compliment from the administration.

The only reason why I give this hangout not one, but two stars is a good location and a low price.
We arrived at the Park Live festival for just two days, so it was convenient for us that this accommodation is located next to the venue of the event (Pervomaisky Ponds), and the airport is only 10 minutes away by taxi. And, of course, when booking inexpensive accommodation and reading reviews, we were aware that comfort and service are definitely not worth waiting for.
But Erbil still exceeded all expectations....
An early check-in was pre-booked, at the time of check-in we were provided with a room with a dirty unmade bed and an ashtray full of cigarette butts (photo attached). Fortunately, the room was changed immediately, to the same tubby, but at least tidy.
They smoke in the rooms, in the restaurant, and on the floors here. I'm not a good person, I used to smoke cigarettes, and in principle I'm loyal
to smoking. But I definitely do not approve
smoking in a tiny room without
a balcony. The stale smell of cigarettes, alcohol, food, hookah and cheap perfume permeates the Erbil hotel.
The carpet in the rooms is covered with ingrained stains, it is scary to step on it without slippers. I could only sit in the chair by covering it with a bathrobe, the white streaks on the dark covering caused disgust.
The bed, by the way, is quite comfortable, although the pillows, blanket and bed linen are far from new.
Breakfast is a C-minus, there is a choice, there are even vegetables and fruits, but it's all in the heat, in the sun itself, and by the end of breakfast the cheese on the buffet just melts. Instant coffee, tea bags.
I strongly recommend not going to this hotel with children. Dirt, smells, and a meager breakfast can still be forgiven, given the price of the hotel. What is important is that from evening to morning, the hotel restaurant turns into a place of hanging out and filming for a certain continent of local residents. Everything would be fine, the room was not even noisy at all. But when we called a taxi to the airport, for a moment, on Monday (!!) at 3-30 am, a massive brawl began right on the steps of the hotel with glass breaking, women's screams and men's screams. Fortunately, we got out a little earlier than it all started and saw what was happening already getting into a taxi.
In general, this hotel can only be considered for 1-2 nights, for adult travelers without children who want to save money and be closer to the airport and Pervomaiskaya industrial zone. The hotel is also not suitable for business trips, there is no desktop in the room and a weak, falling off WiFi.

I've been to this hotel once and I don't want to anymore.
Firstly: unsanitary conditions and no room cleaning (no, they do it every day, but they just made the bed and that's it), all the furniture is old, the interior is terrible. I rented a business class room, no closet, no shelves, and the bed is ruined.
Secondly: no service and delicious food, disgusting cuisine.
Thirdly: if you like to hang out from night to morning, then you are here, but I had a business trip and I had all these karaoke songs until the morning, drunk screaming men and squeaky screams of drunk women did not give any pleasure, and this is there every day.
The design, of course, is interesting for Kazakhstan, but the head needs to pay attention to cleanliness, nutrition, and of course service.

The hotel is not expensive, but in my opinion it is not worth the money.
1. plumbing is flowing, drops are flowing through the pipes
2. The room was located next to the service room. In the morning and towards night, the constant conversations and laughter of the staff make it difficult to relax.
3. The bed linen was probably inherited from someone, because it was made with holes.
4. Visitors are not even given do not disturb signs, so you can expect that at any given time they will come to your room with an exclamation-OH!A hotel employee may come in.

There are few outlets, and those that are either unavailable or too far away. The TV is located at a considerable distance, the text on the screen is often unreadable. A delicious breakfast is like a lottery. If you're lucky, you'll eat, even the tables will be clean and the dishes will be there. There are zero reactions to requests to eliminate defects. There is mold in the bathrooms, covered (hidden) with a transparent sealant. The staff is like a free app. The linen is torn, to wash in the room, you need to make an effort and be smart. Overnight stay in one word!!!

I was on a business trip in September 2023, the room was not cleaned during my stay. There is a carpet on the floor in which there is garbage and dirt from previous visitors (it is not clear whether the rooms will ever be cleaned). The renovation in the rooms is old, the bathroom doors are broken. The rooms themselves are not large and there is a shower. There is a cafe on the ground floor, if it were not for it, I would put one star together.

Terrible hotel.
He is greeted by an absolutely unfriendly administrator. No "good afternoon" or "welcome." Just "listening to what you wanted."
The room itself is without Windows and air conditioning, you can die in peace. Audibility is impossible. At 4 a.m., someone was banging into the room. There is not even a "do not disturb"
sign, there are few outlets, the kettle does not reach the outlet, if only put in the bathroom.
The carpet is stained, and so is the armchair. There is not enough light in the bathroom, you wash in almost complete darkness.
Breakfasts are like something left over from someone. Everything is cherished.

The hotel is not bad, but not a foursome. The room was large, on the 5th floor, with panoramic windows. It was very stuffy, the air conditioner barely worked, felt only if you stood right under it. The carpet is stained with indelible stains (here, of course, the question is not for the hotel, but for the guests, but it's better to remove the carpet altogether). In the bathroom, a rod with a shower curtain fell on me all the time, at the slightest movement.
The staff is polite, but very sleepy and unhurried.
Wi-Fi is constantly hanging up in the evenings.

We stayed with the football team, stayed in a hostel, the rooms are clean, the beds are new, comfortable. They cook very well. There is a buffet breakfast. The manager of the waiters, Zhanara Abayevna, made every effort to ensure that our food was served on time. Tatiana, who manages the maids, always kept the rooms clean.
The only drawback was the sound insulation. Starting from Friday evening and until Sunday night, there are many visitors to the cafe and restaurant, music can be heard up to the 6th floor. We didn't always get enough sleep. Otherwise, I liked everything.

The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel. Objectively, this is not the case. I don't want to write negativity, but I want people to understand reality. According to the level, this is an average of 3: rolled furniture, leaking plumbing, stains on the carpet. I lived first in an improved room, then in a suite, of course, it is more decent than a regular room, but even there the plumbing was damaged.
The hotel has a SPA, I haven't been there, I can't say anything about it. The breakfasts are ordinary.
The price is low relative to other hotels. Therefore, if you are looking for something inexpensive where you can spend the night, this option is suitable. But this is not a comfortable stay, but a stay in an average 3-room hotel.

The room upon check-in was dirty, tired, with a cockroach, constant noise from the water, but not from the bathroom, but right in the room(!), this noise became louder on some days.
The staff is rude, dull, unfriendly and completely forgetful!
We have a reservation until 12.00 28.10 + late check-out at 20.00, but on the night from 27 to 28, or rather at 3 a.m., they came to us with a request to check out!
There is a phone in the room, but there are no instructions and special buttons for contacting the reception.
There is a strong wind from the window, and the smell of cigarettes from neighboring rooms in the bathroom and toilet.
For the first few days, the key constantly stopped working.
The hotel is declared with a swimming pool and sauna. If this is the reason for choosing a hotel, you will be disappointed. The pool is dirty, the Finnish sauna is small, and the hammam is dirty, with broken taps. Everything is tired and in need of repair. And even the locals come to wash, in the shower in the sauna, we were shocked by the "miners", I'm sorry, there's no other way to call it, since the water was flowing black from them!!!
WiFi is a separate topic. On the 3rd floor, the mobile does not catch, as if in a bunker, and there is no WiFi at all! And if there is, it doesn't work at all. WiFi is only available in the restaurant.
Well, about breakfast, it's a disappointment, there's almost nothing to eat! Weathered sausage, coffee bags, not appetizing shapeless scrambled eggs, burnt nuggets, disgusting green "water", there are always no mugs, plates. Sluggish waiters who are in the clouds. In general, there is a constant problem with breakfast.
We went to a restaurant 3 times to eat lunch and dinner, all three times It turned out to be an adventure. 1st attempt, served by a girl, ordered a Georgian salad, brought Greek, 2nd attempt, another waiter, ordered ojahuri with veal without mushrooms, brought ojahuri with veal and mushrooms!!! Well, the 3rd attempt at all forgot one dish, well, there are no words, only emotions.
Result. The hotel, if you just need to spend the night, will do, but there will be no pleasure from your stay, the price in the city is not cheap (for a standard room with a window, economy all without windows)
Restaurant. The food, in general, is delicious, if it's not breakfast from the hotel, but you need to ask again or ask to write it down several times to make sure that the order is accepted, and of course, do not wait until they come, better wave / shout to be noticed, otherwise you will sit without food for the evening 😃

They were from March 21 to 27, 2024. What can I say? The room is large, but old and has an unpleasant smell of dampness. The balcony is not cleaned at all, everything is in bird droppings. During the 5 days of your stay, you cleaned the room only once. We put tea and shampoos on the last day of arrival. The towel and bed linen have not been changed even once. On the second day, the toilet broke, but by the evening everything was fixed. For 40,000 per day, as we paid for 3 people, it was possible to rent a good apartment. I will definitely not rent a room in this hotel anymore. They only have a good restaurant.

It's a terrible place.
We came on a business trip for a couple of days.
There is no service - when checking in at the reception, the employee had to wait for 15 minutes, and we checked in at night, I wanted to go to bed faster before the working day.
I got into the room - it's impossibly dirty: the toilet smells, everything is stained; the carpet, apparently, is not vacuumed at all - it's all in some kind of small garbage, like small stones.
The kettle does not turn off automatically, you have to keep an eye on it (they didn't even warn you about this, although it is electric). What if I decided to take a shower with the kettle on? Would he just burn down, or what?
Half of the sockets are broken.
The chairs are burned through, with holes in them.
Noise insulation is zero - I had to listen to some drunk and cheerful men all night.
Buffet meals are provided in the morning. Leaves much to be desired. Absolutely not tasty, the assortment is very meager.

The staff responds instantly to any request, the rooms are clean and cozy with everything you need inside: safe, kettle, Wi-Fi bathrobes, etc. On the ground floor there is an excellent restaurant with an unimaginably huge menu, and everything from this menu is always available and very tasty. On the website, you can book without prepayment for any time of arrival and departure. There is everything you need nearby - MFC, shopping center, banks, etc. In general, I definitely recommend it.

I have been here 4 times already, the hotel is normal, the rooms are good, they are really not new. There is often a smell of sewage in the rooms. The bathrooms are normal, but sometimes they don't look comme il faut because of old age, you don't want to take a bath there.
There is a problem with sockets, there are few of them for lamps and a TV, there is no outlet for a kettle, you need to turn something off (there is a kettle in the rooms, water and coffee sugar is a plus). The location of the sockets is inconvenient. They probably did it before the layout. Advantages of the price. In rooms from 28-30 tenges, spa, sauna, swimming pool, hamman are included - 5 of them.

(despite the fact that three tables out of 15 in the entire hall were occupied) . After asking for an invoice , they refused to remove 10 percent for the service and the waiting for the terminal began , since they did not want to accept payment by card , and after 15 minutes they brought the terminal not to the LLC that issued the invoice , but to the sole proprietor ...

It's a creepy place. It happened by accident, because the airline canceled the flight and according to the rules had to settle in a hotel. Arriving at the hotel, I found out that we were not allowed a room, only a bed in the hostel in a room with 8 beds, although other passengers from my flight were given separate rooms. I refused and asked for a room for the full price, but even here it's a bummer -there are no rooms, only a suite-the manager at the reception answered us. Desperate, I went to the "island", and, lo and behold! There are plenty of standard rooms, one of which I immediately paid for, since it was already night and I didn't want to go anywhere else. A room with stained carpet, smoky, on the 6th floor. And everything would be fine, but at 12 a.m. the maids began cleaning the neighboring rooms, talking loudly on walkie-talkies. After leaving the hotel at 2 o'clock, waiting for a taxi to the airport, we found a bustling nightlife in the restaurant of this hotel. Crowds of drunken men in leather jackets and sweatpants were bullying, hitting on girls and shouting loudly. In general, avoid this place in every possible way if your goal is to relax!!!

The room is dirty, very tired, the carpet is all stained, the table is stained, hygiene supplies were just lying in a pile in the bathroom. In the corridor near the entrance to the room there was a counter with dirty dishes and objects all night. On the ground floor there is a cafe with a disco, which does not stop until the morning. If you came there to rest from the road, then this is clearly not the place. All night on the street there were fights and showdowns with the participation of the police, drunk women screamed. The owners of this "hotel" urgently need to revise the concept or hang a sign "Brothel" in order not to mislead people. And yet, stardom is not worth it here. There are no complaints to the chefs about the cafe (you can't call it anything else), it was more or less edible and delicious

In general, not a bad hotel, apart from the fact that the door in the room does not close tightly, we slept all night without waking up from extraneous sounds. The room has a set of hygiene products, water, tea...., mountain view, clean, spacious. There is a lot to choose from at breakfast.
What I was extremely unhappy about was that there seemed to be ramps on the porch, but I couldn't use them because they were blocked off!! I had to carry the suitcase up and down in my hands. And no one offered to help!

This is an impressive hotel, one of the best in the city. I came from Atyrau specifically to Almaty to stay at this hotel. The breakfast is on top, the rooms are quiet and cozy. I was pleased with the shoe shelf and hangers. It's a pity that they didn't put enough sugar for tea, but it's understandable, it's difficult with sugar now.

I had to stay here for the evening and half the night, the impression is disgusting: the corridors stink of smoke, the toilets seem to be clean, but they also stink, very loud music from a restaurant on several floors, it's hard to sleep, the feeling of a hybrid of a brothel and a liquor store.
Security guards at the restaurant with metal detectors are vigilant and do not let guests in sneakers (what?), while neither they nor anyone else can watch the recording from the cameras (IT specialists are doing this, but the guards are looking at sneakers), that is, if something is stolen from you, then you understand what happened you can only do it the next day, when someone comes who has access to watch.
The rooms in the hostel compartment have 10 beds per room and no Windows, the ventilation is disgusting.

It feels like this hotel was opened by a gypsy family. Some kind of pretentious, with all sorts of shiny mirrors, but at the same time some kind of incomprehensible fuss. I forgot my jacket in the restaurant, it was never found again. The room was caught under a staircase with no windows, it was very noisy and stuffy, the ventilation did not work properly. But the food here in the restaurant was quite good, there were excellent breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There were parks and shopping malls not far from the hotel.

I was in two rooms.
The air conditioners did not work on the upper floor, the wire from the refrigerator is rewound with duct tape and does not inspire confidence, one of the sockets is almost falling out.
I moved to the third floor, Where all but one outlet is loose, the table lamp near the bed is falling apart (for some reason it consists of 3 parts and they are very loose). The toilet seat clearly does not fit the toilet bowl model and is much smaller.
Room access cards constantly stop working and you have to go to the reception and update them.
The rooms are not dirty in general, but also not directly clean, there is a lot of dust and dirt, for example, in sockets, cabinets and other things.
The duvet cover had 4 holes.
