The hotel is nice, the staff is very polite. The rooms are cozy. The breakfasts are monotonous, however, in the Indian style. Someone might get bored.. I suspect that the host is from India, and there were a lot of Indian guests. There are night clubs in which it is absolutely forbidden to shoot on camera.
There is a large swimming pool on the roof, and there is a hammam. Included in the price.
I stayed at this hotel for the second time. This time, the attitude of the reception staff was a little disappointing. Of course, I understand that we arrived much earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but why promise to check in early and keep us waiting for 3 hours, tired, from the flight. Breakfast was included, but we were not allowed to have breakfast on the day of check-in. The breakfasts are terrible. It's very noisy at night from the disco. We lived on the 7th floor, but it was still very very noisy at night. I can't walk or drive through breakfast. Guests from India filled the entire restaurant, stood in the aisles and chatted, interfering with others. None of the employees made a remark to them. I'm unlikely to visit your hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
A very good hotel, there is a basik, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, good rest, in the evening there is also something to get carried away)) bar and discos for different tastes))
The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are huge. It's beautiful inside. But only 1 towel per person, there are no bathrobes.
The breakfast is no more than 3 stars. Strange sausages and one kind of sausage are made from meat. The fruits are not delicious.
The average hotel is three-star old. There is no greenery nearby at all, only sand, local shops where there are many Indians, Pakistanis, a construction site, there is nothing beautiful. In general, the hotel is clearly not for recreation and not for tourists.
Boris Sokolov is the owner of a visa application center and a service for issuing foreign cards Visasam.ru
The hotel is average.
The breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous, almost the same thing every day, but there is a choice of dishes.
Transfer to the sea once a day, at 9 a.m. and back at 1 p.m. It would be nice to make a transfer to the beach in the afternoon and back in the evening.
There are many budget cafes and shops nearby.
The metro is about 15 minutes on foot.
The pool is small with three sun beds and a bar (when we were there, the bar was closed).
The hotel has a nightclub, where music can be heard at night.
It's time to update the repairs and furniture, everything is already pretty tired.
The hotel is excellent, suitable for travelers with experience. Clean, cozy. Towels were always available. During the week, 39,000 rubles went to Dubai with breakfast, when paying on the Island. Breakfast is the same every day, a small buffet, everything is available. On request, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, etc. will be prepared for you. Hot snacks, various cereals, fruits, vegetables, buns - everything for breakfast is sold fresh, delicious. A clean large hall. I liked the hotel. Separately, I note that the Internet worked well. Watched movies, worked. Everything's fine
Nice hotel. Emirates Mall is a 10-minute walk away. The breakfasts are normal. The assortment is more or less.the rooms are spacious. The gym is average. The pool is of course small. The service is normal - they came quickly through the outlet.
The hotel is not bad. The price-quality ratio plus the location. But clearly inside it corresponds to the appearance, that is, externally it is quite modern, and inside the design of the early 2000s
This is the worst hotel that can be in this world, which is 4 stars , edge 1.. the rooms stink of cigarettes, it's noisy at night, the staff don't give a fuck about you, no questions are solved. Renovation is like in a slum ... I do not advise anyone to come here, hear me!
The hotel is very beautiful, elegant, the interior even somewhat resembled the Sheikh's palace in Abu Dhabi. But there are also disadvantages that significantly spoiled the rest: 1) the hotel is not the newest, and it does not seem to be monitored. In our large, beautiful bathroom there was a bathroom and a shower cabin, only in the bathroom the faucet did not work 🤷♀️ The phone didn't work there either, there was no TV remote control in the other room. On the very first day, we reported this to the reception - nothing was fixed during the whole week of our stay there.
2) At the reception, we were settled, apparently, by a not very smart girl, because of her there were problems for three more days, but the bottom line is: when checking in, at first she could not figure out that we were 6 people, not 4. We give her 6 passports, 6 vouchers - she took a long time that-then he reads, thinks, types, then says check - and there are two rooms with two separate beds, although initially they asked for three rooms for two, two of which should have one large bed, and one should have two small ones. After an hour and a half, she understood us. But the next day, leaving lunch, they demanded that we pay 55 dirhams without leaving the place, because they say that we have paid for 5 adults and 1 child. They were not interested in explaining that they had a mistake and we had paid for 6 adults. You will pay first, and then we will sort it out. This attitude towards the guests, of course, also upset. Later it turned out that our smart girl from the reception suddenly decided that a 40-year-old man was a child for some reason. The money was returned to us after a considerable amount of nerves spent three days later.
Of the advantages - the convenient location of the hotel and very beautiful elevators, sunk into the soul of all 😅
In general, I do not recommend visiting this hotel, we will definitely not return here.
I stayed in this hotel for a week, right after the New Year. In my opinion, quite a decent hotel for relatively little money. Good location. About a kilometer to the Emirates Mall, where you can change currency, where the Metro station is. And where you can ski on a slope with artificial snow, even in forty-degree heat. The food is uncomplicated, but satisfying and delicious. Beef was on the menu every day. We took breakfast and dinner. The room cleaning was not perfect, this is a minus...

The hotel is nice and clean. Jul.The food is an open buffet, but there is not much variety like ours and it does not suit our taste
The hotel is generally excellent, cleaned every day, the food is delicious (although the variety is not the same as in Turkey), cozy, clean and rich, but the rooftop pool is purely symbolic...very small.
But one minus greatly spoiled the rest.... There are 3 of us - me, my wife and daughter of 8 years old, were given a room with only one bed, and even after repeated requests they did not provide a cot, a mattress, or even an extra bed
The hotel does not pull for 4*. The location is inconvenient, you will get a good walk, if not by taxi. The furniture already needs to be replaced. There are no balconies and the windows do not open. The Turkish bath is not working. The sauna is not heated above 70 degrees. The pool with the letter G is 3 * 5 meters and there is no sun there in the afternoon. Among the advantages - good daily cleaning, breakfast, daily bottled water. Well, if you are not picky, it will go for a week's stay. We only washed there, had breakfast and spent the night. And also - a hotel guide, a middle-aged lady whose name I didn't remember, an unpleasant person. We didn't buy a single excursion from her, for which she notably screwed up the prices, so then she didn't want to tell us what time the transfer to the airport would arrive for us.
A good four, but the numbers are worn out already (2018). The pool is only for exiting the sauna, not for sunbathing, small. But the hotel bus takes you to the beach.
