1. Very tired renovation at the hotel. 2. Wi-fi does not work well on the 4th floor. 3. The rooms smell of cigarettes, the air is musty. 4. There is a feeling of disgust in the room. 5. All furniture and repairs in the rooms are shabby and are already asking for a replacement. 6. The water from the faucet stinks, but the water from the shower is odorless. 7. Air conditioning in the room - the remote control is broken - there are just no keys. We were brought there on a planned tour, I was horrified when I read the reviews where the guide was taking us, I confirm all the negative reviews. If you are a solo traveler friend, do not come here, and if you are with children, then STOP. In Russian, I'll call him Grant klopovnik 4 (Grand Bedbug 4*). The feeling of disgust does not leave the moment of eviction, it is very dirty, shabby and smells bad.

Rooms without repairs do not pull more than two stars, windows do not close, plumbing is all leaking, there are no bedspreads on the beds, linen has not been changed once in five days, there are not even glasses in the room, there are no Russian channels on television, breakfasts are so-so. The only plus is the Laleli district

Good evening! We arrived on 08/01/21. As they said in Russia, there are no restrictions for tourists, it's true. You can move freely, but nothing works from Friday from 21-00 to Monday 05-00. All cafes and restaurants, as they say, work to take away, took hot coffee and went out into the rain (oriental hospitality), by the way, we were also unlucky with the weather, cold incessant rain. The hotel has three stars, the rooms are small, the plumbing in the bathroom is old, the restaurant is small, the bathroom accessories are washed and gray, a century-old plaque on the faucets in the bathroom. The hotel has neither a pool nor a hammam, nothing works, they took a breakfast-based tour, it was said that the buffet, but there was also no luck with a ready-made set (breakfast photo). The room is very cool, there is no kettle, as I was told, because of the spread of the "Crown", it was removed. I got cold and went to ask for a glass of tea at the reception, they didn't give it to me. The receptionist offered only boiling water... It's just terrible, I'm shocked by such treatment. We must pay tribute to the reception staff who are polite. Never to this hotel again..

Clean, excellent breakfasts, helpful staff, always fulfilled any requests, friendly. For breakfast for 5 days there was everything, several types of cheeses, sliced sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, eggs, porridges, even omelets and sausages. Delicious cocoa. It is better not to take juice. Convenient location near the metro, easy to find. Nearby in 10 minutes are all the shops for shopping in Lalelli + opposite is a shop with fruits and water. There are many restaurants nearby.
