I booked this hotel (and in fact the guests said it was a hostel) for 2 days, although I was there for exactly 24 hours, while paying 68 euros. This hotel provides an option to stay with animals and that's why I chose it (no carpet, spacious room), I could not have warned the hotel at all that I would be with a dog, because the option is available. But I even warned the hotel about it. A couple of days before departure, we had problems with the flight and my colleague and I had to fly on different flights, as a result, there was no right to carry animals on his flight and I took the second small dog. One dog is 4 kg, the second is 2 kg. When I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., the owner immediately made it clear that he was not really waiting for me, and when he saw the second dog, he shook. He began to accuse me of cheating upon check-in, although the dogs were in a carrier and no one was hiding them, and what's the point of hiding if I went for a walk with them. I absolutely don't mind paying for dogs, like all over the world. But they told me I didn't need anything, they continued to put pressure on the fact that I had deceived them. Although this option is available and people's plans may change, the hotel must understand what service and correct behavior are. No one helped me lift my suitcase to the 3rd floor, nothing, I went up myself, the man decided that it was difficult for him. 20 minutes after checking in, there was a knock on the door and again I saw a man from the reception (the owner of the type, or a person who calls himself that) and his wife. They started yelling at me that I was cheating on them when booking. It was 2 o'clock in the morning! They were yelling that I should get out of their hotel because they don't want to see me here, where am I going in a foreign country at 2 a.m. with 2 suitcases, they don't care. This is a hospitable Armenia. They said they would throw my money paid for the room under the door))) I said I wasn't going anywhere, according to the rules of the Bookingcom, I could come with the animals and not even warn them in advance. She told me to call the police, I'm not going anywhere from the room I paid for. Of course, no one called, but only I was threatened that they were about to come for me. I had such a fun night thanks to the owners of the hotel. The audibility is terrible, I woke up in the morning because of the crying of a child at the other end of the hotel... In the morning, we talked with the hostess and even seemed to solve the nightmare that no one has any complaints, I even wanted to forget and not write a review, but the hotel owner did not miss the chance to spoil my stay in Armenia again. I checked out at 2 a.m., my colleague flew in half a day and I invited him to drive to the hotel, we had to sort out the documents for work and so that he would already help with things. This is a common thing in any hotel in the world, even in a Muslim country, at most they ask you to leave your passport at the reception as in the UAE. So, our kind and hospitable host said that he would not let anyone into his hotel and I had no right to let any guests in. After all, a woman can invite a man only for one thing))) And right quickly))) That's the kind of vice police in Armenia. I was ashamed, I had to sort out the documents in the dark on the veranda, because the owner did not allow my guest to go inside. Fortunately, I allowed him to come up so that he could help me lower my things. And thanks for that, although I wouldn't have dragged a suitcase from the 3rd floor without an elevator myself. What's good about this hotel? I don't even know if the spacious room is his only plus. There are no more of them. That's how you can stay on the street alone in a foreign country if someone imagined that they were being deceived or disrespected.
