In general, everything is not bad. Convenient location on the embankment. The rooms (standard) are simple but quite comfortable. I liked the lighting in the room, or rather the opportunity to choose for myself. The carpet didn't smell musty. Everything was functioning in the room. Of the cons, these are pillows that have already been killed as much as possible and it is impossible to sleep. We cleaned every day. Towels and bed linen were changed from a curiosity in a week. There was water on arrival. On the other hand, there is a small cockroach by the bed. There was not enough mirror in the hallway and a table with chairs on the balcony, but it is quite possible to survive. The breakfasts are standard without frills. The dining room is on the 15th floor with a very beautiful view. Of the disadvantages of the reception desk, upon arrival, I asked the girl if it was possible to buy lunch/ dinner if necessary, and the answer is no, the hotel does not practice this. It turns out that it is still possible and at a reasonable price. The pool was heated. Off-season is a great choice for a vacation at an affordable price.

I spent 10 days in this hotel from 03.27 to 6.o4. 2025, a very decent 4* hotel, recently renovated, comfortable spacious rooms, excellent service, 3 times a day (to choose from) varied and delicious food, there is a heated swimming pool nearby, a promenade for walking and a pebble beach, I can safely to recommend this hotel to our tourists, the beautiful nature and generally warm climate make Abkhazia an attractive option for an inexpensive vacation.

Great hotel! Fully reasonable prices... Excellent and attentive staff, friendly and with a good memory. We have been staying at this hotel for several years.... The buffet breakfast is included.... But dinner can also be paid for separately and is not expensive.... The kitchen is simple at home, but everything is delicious!!! Excellent location on the first line of the coast, the view from the balcony impresses both the sea and the mountains and the city. On the top floor there is a restaurant with stunning views.... The hotel has a heated swimming pool.... I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel at least once!!!!
