Only the facade remains of its former greatness! The rooms are in terrible condition, the rudeness of the staff goes beyond all bounds, the breakfasts are not delicious, parking is subject to pre-booking and they are always busy! This hotel holds on only because of its past and good location! Grand is not about this hotel!
