How can you ruin a beautiful place with a bad organization ? We had a banquet, invited guests from another city, ordered a room in the imperial and the chalet, at 17-00 check-in, there was a queue of 20 people at the reception. We went to the banquet , returned at 19:00 to get the keys to the room , but the queue is the same . We returned at 21-00 and here is the most fun , but there are no rooms and it was not only with us . They did not find our reservation, although they booked on their website and immediately paid for it. People with children, but they don't have rooms.

Good staff, but the furniture is gnawed as you can come to the hotel with animals, and the location is not really necessary to get up
