The hotel is old, smoky, the plumbing is in terrible condition, the walls and floors are stained. Upon check-in, the receptionist with a deft movement of his hand swept the $ 100 bill off the table and claimed that we had given him $ 400, not $ 500. After a short conversation with him and the mention of a video camera over his head, as well as the urge to call the hotel manager, our $ 100 was immediately found on the table. The hotel manager apologized by offering breakfast, which was already included in the room rate, as well as bringing a bottle of cheap wine and fruit to the room. Upon departure, they did not give us the change of 20 manats, they told us to pay 4 more manats and they would call us a taxi, and they did, but upon disembarking at the airport it turned out that the taxi was not paid by the hotel, the hotel kept 24 manats for itself. The taxi driver contacted the hotel , but they replied that they did not know anything and hung up, by the way, this was the same manager as when checking in . They are poorly cleaned , shampoos are poured into used jars , sometimes half are only filled . But at the same time, in Azerbaijani, the cleaner asks to put 10 stars in her booking for cleaning . I do NOT recommend this hotel.
A worthy hotel, famous for its large beds. It's not even big size, it's big size+! A good breakfast buffet, delicious pastries, excellent filter coffee.
I am writing a review for Russian-speaking tourists. We are currently resting here in the presidential suite from 27.04 to 04.05. At the entrance to the hotel, the rooms were confused with friends. Wi-Fi catches very poorly. The pool is closed until June. The sauna and indoor pool are also closed until June. They clean well and cleanly. Entrance cards are often demagnetized. The breakfasts are good. The currency exchanger in the vicinity does not work on weekends, on weekdays it works until 8. The exchange rate jumps every day. Change the currency before arrival. By the way, you can exchange a dollar at the hotel, but old-style dollars are not accepted! Keep in mind. There are few Russian-speaking hotel employees.
