They are poorly cleaned , shampoos are poured into used jars , sometimes half are only filled . But at the same time, in Azerbaijani, the cleaner asks to put 10 stars in her booking for cleaning . I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The breakfasts are good. The currency exchanger in the vicinity does not work on weekends, on weekdays it works until 8. The exchange rate jumps every day. Change the currency before arrival. By the way, you can exchange a dollar at the hotel, but old-style dollars are not accepted! Keep in mind. There are few Russian-speaking hotel employees.
The location is inconvenient, 45-50 minutes walk to the Old Town. The staff and reception are normal. The rooms are old, the air conditioning did not work, the windows did not open.
