My favorite hotel! The hotel is a sanatorium. There are many sanatorium procedures.The sea is opposite a beautiful beach. Dense sand is a gentle entrance to the sea.The SPA CENTER after renovation is above various praises.The food is excellent, everything is very tasty and there are plenty of fruits.I've been to this hotel 5-6 times.For the last time this year. I am currently vacationing at this hotel. Definitely not a five-star hotel, but let's say a solid three. I booked a room with a direct view of the sea, and they gave me a side view: there was a karaoke bar in front of my windows, from where music was blaring at night. I had to sleep with a closed balcony. I asked to change, they did not, despite the fact that there were rooms available on the sixth floor (I found out about it at the reception), the manager, simply because of the harmfulness, refused. I wanted to move out, but they refused to return the money. The pools are not bad, but the hair is floating, which is very unpleasant. The buffet is normal, but there is nothing fishy (I only have breakfast). I definitely won't come here again. I do not recommend the hotel for this money.

The choice fell on this hotel because there is an apartment nearby and I wanted to solve several issues on paperwork.
1. The hotel has never been a top five. Tired. We rented a luxury suite). The view from the room is incredible. Spacious, bright. The wallpaper is coming off, holes in the upholstery of the sofa and stains on the carpet.
2. Procedures are not worth the money. The quality and price do not match very much.
The spa is not bad, especially the pool. The robes are full of holes ). Sometimes there are no towels in the spa area.
It is impossible to take mud baths - the bath is covered in plaque, uncleaned, untidy. It's cold in the tub (.
3. The food is not bad, but monotonous. It is difficult to find a separate table in the evening, one room is often rented for events and you have to sit side by side.
4. Deception of the administration at the reception. They did not accept the card. German ). The terminal was giving an error. For the first time since using the card, we travel a lot. We contacted the bank, which confirmed the out-of-sync on their part. Forced to withdraw cash.
5. There were problems with the placement - they were solved after I intimidated the Booking service. We immediately reduced the amount and found the necessary option
6. The staff is unfriendly, excluding women at the restaurant reception and some waiters. The rest have poker faces.
I was planning to take a massage course - 400 leva 3 treatments! I started to find out about him - I was rudely given no seats for today and turned away.

I liked the hotel. I stayed in February 22, before the events... The room is large, the bed is comfortable, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, kettle, safe. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. Delicious, varied breakfasts. Excellent spa with outdoor pools and indoor with useful water from Lake Pomorie. I swam!!! Great view from the balcony.

Excellent location in Pomorie, the widest beach with black volcanic sand, but 5* does not pull, repairs are needed. A good SPA and a pool with very salty water from Lake Pomorie, friendly staff, and most importantly, a nearby clinic with many treatments (mud and meadows). There is a great Garden Rose restaurant nearby, everything is delicious and excellent service.

I visited the spa in June 2023, I really liked it. It was clean, they gave out a bathrobe and a towel, a chic swimming pool with mineral salt water, a hammam, a sauna, a pool with sun loungers on the street. I definitely recommend it.

Non-professional people work at the reception. If you don't ask, they don't know anything. No one checks the therapeutic pool. Anyone can come in. A towel or a bathrobe can be stolen, no one is responsible for anything.

We come to the salt pool 2 times a year. It happens that the water is so dirty that hair floats everywhere and it's disgusting.
The man (thin, elderly with a mustache) who parks cars at the entrance is simply disgusting. My mom and I are disabled, and he didn't want to park us. But he parked expensive cars very confidently right near the entrance. As a result, there was a scandal and a spoiled impression about the grand hotel Pomorie 5*.
I recommend taking care of the quality of the services provided and reviewing the staff. People come to relax, but it feels like I owe everyone.

We are currently vacationing in Bulgaria, we stopped at the Grand Pomorie Hotel in the SPA. They turned a blind eye to a lot of things, the state of the SPA is in. At the end of the water procedures, the husband came to the men's locker room and saw, to put it mildly, not a pleasant picture: his locker was hacked and 100 levs (4,600 rubles) were stolen from his wallet. After calling the staff and showing what was wrong with the lock, they hunted and spread their hands. If the Grand Hotel Pomorie claims that this is a cool place and has 5***** then why not make electronic locks, where only a personal bracelet is needed for attachment. At the SPA, they give out a key, as from a mailbox- THIS is 5***** ??????

I visited this institution (otherwise it cannot be called) in the period from 06.10 to 08.09.2019. I myself am the head of a tour operator company in Moscow.
It's been a long time since I've been in such a bedbug, and even with 5***** ... It should be noted that a couple of years ago it was quite a decent hotel. Well, down with the emotions...
so.
1. Broken plumbing in the room.
2. Poor breakfast, that's an understatement ...
3. Not professional and even boorish staff, and starting with the reception of the hotel itself.
4. A real gypsy woman is sitting... He doesn't speak English or Russian. It smells like tobacco... In general, the face of the hotel!!!
5. SPA, this is generally a separate song.
An employee of the SPA smokes right inside the SPA complex, naturally the smell of cigarettes does not fade.
6. My wife had a massage. We thought we'd have to call an ambulance... It turned out that there were no masseuses that day and a swimming instructor did the massage ...
7. There is broken glass in the saltwater pool at the bottom!
8. Broken fences inside the pool.
9. Almost all plumbing in the SPA center is faulty to one degree or another.
What a cherry.
I left the room to leave for the airport not at 12 00, but at 12 30, I was billed for the whole day additionally and told that if I did not pay, the police would be called and arrested ...
Of course this is nonsense and I settled the issue without money, but the mood at the end of the vacation was spoiled!!!
I think it's enough for 5***** the only hotel in the region... The conclusion is simple - categorically not 5 stars and definitely not for the money that is required for it!!! Thanks for attention.
