Hello everyone I rarely write, but I'm hurt here! The hotel is 4 stars. We took the Superio number. Externally, everything seems to correspond to these stars (a spacious room, a large bathtub, 3 towels for each, soap, shampoo, body lotion, delicious breakfast), but there are nuances.
Summer, heat and water are not provided free of charge either in the room or in the lobby. We drank a bottle from the mini bar and paid 2.8 euros. The first time we encountered such a thing, there was no water in a 4-star room. There was no kettle either.
There was no blanket on the bed, just a sheet to cover up. You'll freeze under the air conditioner. They found a blanket in the closet (see the photo), like a woolen one with spots. If I was offered this in a hotel with fewer stars, then I would understand, but it was not pleasant here. I still wanted blankets in the duvet cover. The mattress is a bit harsh, if that's important to someone, although it looks good.
There were only 3 sockets in the room near the table. Not near the bed. We examined everything. If there are a lot of devices for charging, then it is not enough and not convenient: it was necessary to charge 2 phones and 2 banks, a battery for a camera.
The bathroom is spacious, but when taking a shower, be prepared that the water will go either cold or hot. The shower is positioned so that no matter how carefully you wash, there will be a puddle on the floor. After my husband and I took a shower, the entire foot towel was in the water and I had to wipe the floor with a second towel.
It was written on the booking that parking is free, but in fact they give you a ticket, which you put under the glass in the paid parking lot P6 or P7, and then they charged us 4 euros upon eviction.
The restaurant at the hotel is open until 21:30, as a result, we did not get into it and we will not say anything about the quality and cost. The restaurants nearby are open mostly until 23 o'clock.
And now to the most important thing. We booked the hotel 2.5 months in advance on booking. I really liked the views from the hotel. We read that these views are only on the upper floors. In the comments of the reservation, they wrote that they would like to get a room on the top floor. They replied that they would try to provide it. Continued in the next review.
