A cozy hotel. We were in a large quadruple room, neat, clean. Delicious breakfast, the restaurant staff are always ready to offer tea/ coffee, even late in the evening, which was very pleasant, they were even able to warm the dishes brought with them from the restaurants. The young people at the reception are friendly, they went to meet us so that we could leave our things for half a day after the check-out. But the water park at the hotel would not hurt to put in order, disappointed... but in general, we had a good rest

We were a group on an excursion in Samarkand, settled in this beautiful hotel. Everyone at the reception is very helpful and polite. My blood pressure dropped in the evening, I often went to get a tanometer, they invited me to go to the nurse, I refused, they gave me tea, it became easier.
There was a buffet in the morning, everything I could taste was delicious.
The interior is beautiful, well-maintained, the rooms were also cozy. Thank you for your hospitality)

Not bad. But there are rough disadvantages that are not pleasant to the eyes and does not justify the price. Inconveniences in the lighting, many places have dim and insufficient lighting, including the room and the colidoraz and in the pool. The most surprising thing was the brackets for the washbasin. It was well done on metal, but it could be painted. It looks very rude and it's a shame for someone who runs a collective farm like that. The same thing happened to the hangers in the bathroom, they took one cut into two parts and fixed it. And this is a very uncomfortable revenge. And the hangers in the closet are the cheapest, all broken and uncomfortable. Glass in the bathtub, fences get in the way when you get up from the toilet. There are no places in the dining room where you can wash your hands. It's a little expensive for its price. Everything else is fine. The rooms are clean and warm, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good.

In the evening, you can go to the sauna and swim in the pool for free)

We have been there with our family for the 2nd time. The guys were pleased both times. Among other things, the hotel's "feature" is access to a water park and an indoor pool with a sauna and steam room. One thing disappointed me - repair the hammam, waited around it for 30 minutes until the steam started, and did not wait - left.

We traveled to Uzbekistan as a family with children from 05/28/2023 to 05/03/2023. We stayed at Sogdiana Grand Hotel for 2 days. The room is on the 6th floor and on the 3rd floor. spacious, with good 2 beds, furnished with an iron and ironing board (we needed this).Wi-Fi is a good reception) Everything is new and clean - this is also important). The breakfasts are good, we had enough for both adults and children, as well as dinner at the hotel. Napoleon shish kebab - I recommend it, cutlets and fries for children, they did everything, ice was taken into account, etc.
We are very satisfied! Thanks to the administration for the service and keep it up!!!

I would recommend teaching Yandex taxi and taxi drivers the way to you, maybe to make more pointers or strengthen points on the map, there were difficulties with returning to the Hotel, exposing money due to the inability to find the way.

Not a bad hotel. The rooms are spacious and warm. The staff is friendly and caring. Breakfast is quite varied, there is porridge, fruit, pastries, eggs, sausages and even fries. We haven't been to the water park since it was out of season.

I really liked the hotel. The linen is crisp white. The air conditioner cools well, which is very important in July.
