The best hotel in the mountains!!!! Everything is harmonious in it) several saunas, a memorable pool and a Jacuzzi outside, after skiing it's just what you need!!! The food is above all praise- very tasty, the space for relaxation with a bar and a screening of sports broadcasts is a special delight!

Probably the best hotel in this resort. Close to the lift. Justifies its stars. Spa area, outdoor pool, overlooking the slope. Great food and very comfortable rooms. They speak Russian.

Great hotel! You can relax there just for the sake of the spa complex: saunas, steam room, hammam, salt mine, indoor and outdoor pools, fabulous. It's especially fun to swim in the outdoor pool with mountain views: when it's cold outside, steam comes from it.
At least three restaurants with a very tasty buffet.
The rooms are nice and clean. And the hotel as a whole is just as fresh.
One huge fat minus for Russians, but this is in Serbia as a whole - they smoke right everywhere, and even with children. It is quite difficult to hide from tobacco smoke.
Otherwise, it's a delight.

A great place, I was surprised and inspired by the trip to this wonderful resort. The hotel is above all praise, without leaving you can eat and sleep and sit in the company by the fireplace in the luxurious lobby and play bowling and rent rental equipment

We visited the spa complex without being residents of the hotel, everything is at the highest level. Swim in the open air in winter and watch the skiers riding down the mountain. Everything in the spa is at a good level. One of the best spas in Kopaonika

Oh! Kopaonik is my love! And the Grand Hotel is by far the best! It is located directly near the ski lifts. There is a ski rental and ammunition at the hotel. Prices are normal. We were on half board - breakfast and dinner. Quite a decent selection of dishes. Everything is fresh. Serbia has very good products in general. There are many tables in the main restaurant. There are large companies. Tablecloths, serving-everything is clean and new! We had a two-room family room. Apparently, only after the repair. The new unimaginable is simple! It's nice! The rooms are cleaned normally. Everyone understands Russian. The hotel has a good spa, there is an outdoor winter pool. With hot water). There is a children's center and a bowling alley for children. A super hotel in my opinion!

We did not live in the hotel itself, as the neighboring hotel was booked. We went to the Grand for massage and spa. Sports massage was appreciated even by men, I recommend an excellent recovery after a mountain rental, the next day as good as new. We rested for 4 days, 3 of which went to the spa complex and for a massage. Externally and internally, the atmosphere is pleasing to the eye, everything is clean and modern.
Spa with an outdoor and indoor pool, several types of baths. Great hotel.

Nice hotel, great location. The staff is trying very hard, but it's not working out too well. It is simply impossible to find information about the work of restaurants, menus, and spas, just walk with your feet and find out on the spot. It's dirty in the pool, dirty in the skiroom, smoking everywhere, there are no ashtrays and bins, everything is thrown on the floor and not cleaned until the end of the day
