In my opinion, it is the best hotel in Baku - in all respects!!!The hotel staff are professionals and very, very friendly and friendly people!!!And, of course, Emil, the director of the hotel, is in charge.Thanks to him for his precise work and the well-coordinated work of the team under his strict guidance!!!A master of his craft, able to find an approach to any client of the hotel, with any character, mood and nationality...And his team, respectively, is the same!!!Wonderful people, and most importantly, very patient.Especially Nargiz-they managed to love her!!! Excellent hotel: the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful, the director is the best, will solve any problem.
The location of the hotel is the best, because away from the noisy old town, it is very convenient to walk there during the day, and return to a quiet and cozy place in the evening.
The hotel has everything you need: an elevator (which we were incredibly happy about), breakfast is included, Wi-FI, rooms are equipped with furniture and appliances (and for those who are not satisfied with their condition, I would like to say that this is the fault of the hotel guests themselves, you need to take care of other people's property, even in five-star hotels there is a worn furniture).
In general, be sure to come to Baku and feel free to choose this hotel for your stay!

Nice hotel. Matches your money. Everything you need is there. The staff is very friendly - Emil and Nargiz. Good location, metro 7-10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Nearby there are shops, cafes, the Heydar Aliyev center. I don't understand the bad reviews, I repeat, the hotel meets its money, everything is honest. If someone needs a doorman at the entrance and cold champagne in the room, then this is not the place.
