The tour operators at the Zainab hotel, a nice girl, will select suitable excursions for you. The only way to get to the city is either by bus or by taxi.

We rested at the Grand Colibri Prestige & SPA 5* hotel from 04.10. to 12.10.2024. The impressions are the most pleasant. There are friendly guys at the reception, the Russian-speaking administrator is a Menmet. He is very attentive, promptly solves the issue that has arisen, for which I thank him! She lived in the 3rd building on the 4th floor. Sea and mountain views. They cleaned cleanly, regularly replenished drinks and tea set. The maid is not young, but hardworking, friendly. Not a speck of dust anywhere. I returned to a clean room and was pleased with the swan figurine made of towels. Special thanks for that! The towels were changed two or three times. I just left a tip on the bedside table and on top (1 €). However, this is not the case everywhere. My daughter lived in the 1st building on the 5th floor, so the maid did not bother with cleaning. Somehow. The food is varied, there is a lot of meat (chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, mutton). Every day there is fish (small trout, trout steaks, mackerel, tuna and some other kind). It's really not very good with soups. Lots of fruits, sweets. Fresh juice in the morning (1€), There are two snack bars on site, two bars with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and there is another one on the beach. Animators work with children in a children's club and an evening disco for them from 21:00 to 21:50 approximately. Medals are awarded to the winners of the games. My granddaughters received 4 medals. There is a special program for adults. I would like to note separately the cleanliness not only in the buildings, but throughout the territory. They wash and clean all the time. Everything glitters and sparkles. The beach and especially the entrance to the sea is a big minus. Stones and slabs. It is impossible to walk without corallines at all. I hope that the issue will be resolved. To sum up, I want to express my gratitude to the staff for a wonderful vacation. My granddaughters and I (10 and 7 years old) will definitely return. The atmosphere is homely for a relaxing holiday.
