Overall, the hotel met all expectations. The main advantages:
1. Location. It is located right in the center and it is very convenient. Any attraction can be reached on foot
2. Food. Good, tasty and varied food. Breakfast has everything you can think of (even champagne). We often went to a restaurant for dinner in the evening. There are not many dishes, but each dish is very tasty + huge portions
3. Cleaning. It was always clean
Disadvantages:
1. Rooms. They are tired, the ceilings are very low (I am 1.95 tall and I felt uncomfortable). The room does not look like a hotel room 4 arrivals.
2. There are no bathrobes (this is more a whim), no slippers. They were missing.
3. Staff. I don't know how it happened, but they ordered a taxi with a child seat back, and in the end they barely found a cradle for children under one year old. I consider this to be the irresponsibility of the staff.
Nice hotel on a quiet street. Walk to the center (Tyn temple) 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Nearby are Bill and Penny shops with excellent selection and prices. The huge Palladium shopping center is literally around the corner of the street. Next to it is an exchanger with a very good exchange rate. Good lunches and dinners at the Cutlet bar. The hotel itself has a very good varied breakfast. Silence in the rooms. Daily cleaning. Everything is very good and comfortable.
Everything is on the level. Excellent, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, good breakfast, almost in the center, 7 minutes walk to the central square. Quiet area.
