It's a good hotel, everything is great, especially the cuisine, the food is excellent, everything is delicious, absolutely everything, the chefs are trying very hard. The hotel is clean and cozy, cleaned every day, nice fresh rooms. I took off one star for being uncooperative, they put me on the side of the road, it was very noisy to sleep there, I asked to move to the sea side because the hotel was almost empty - they were not allowed! I was exhausted and didn't sleep well, cars start driving early in the morning and all this is right under the balcony, and the rooms were empty on the other side.

The best hotel where I had a rest! Location! Food! Rooms! The beach! Everything is perfect! The center of Alanya is a cozy, quiet and beautiful place! View from the sea to the mountains! It's very impressive! 🤘💕

The hotel is not bad. Cleaning is daily and the food is good. But I would have fired the reception staff. So that they don't ruin their reputation with their sour appearance and inappropriate behavior.

The hotel disappointed with its deception with a sea view room. Instead of a room with a sea view, they gave a room with a view of the trees and the cemetery, beyond which the sea. Plus, the cemetery is not particularly visible. Attempts to negotiate a higher floor were followed by a ridiculous excuse that we have such a sea side number (this is the name of the direction and does not depend on the floor). An analysis of the booking sites showed that they do not have specially allocated rooms above the 3rd floor. As soon as it hits your head, they'll put you there. In general, the sea view is a roulette, maybe you'll be lucky, or maybe they'll settle on the ground floor and say that this is the sea side.
Otherwise, the hotel is not bad, the food is level 4, with its own monotony. The cleaning and everything else is not perfect either, but it's not terrible either. Plus the location near the beach. If you don't care about the appearance, it makes sense to take the main place. If you need a view, it is better to look for options where you are guaranteed this, there is a risk from sunmar to fly with a good view.

I was at the hotel in 2018. The dinner is excellent, a varied selection. The room was economy very nice, spacious and clean with a cool terrace. Convenient location. I recommend.

We had a great rest, good location, the sea is nearby, the center is nearby, at the same time, it is quite quiet and secluded, clean, polite and attentive staff, excellent varied delicious food! We will be happy to come again!

The beach is close to 100 m. The food is good and varied. The rooms on the ground floor are not very good, but better than average, worn floors, cleaning was done every day. There are sewer smells in the bathtub .

The audience is elderly Germans and business Turks. Location on the outskirts of the city on the 2nd line of Cleopatra beach. It is better to take rooms with a sea view and above 3 floors. On the other side of the room is a renovated road. The breakfasts are good.

The rooms are clean. Not a bad kitchen, although a little monotonous, but we didn't come to eat. Most of them are populated by elderly Germans. The beach is across the street.
