We noted that everything was fine at first, it wasn't a bad place, but we ran into some problems in the process.
The owners asked us to use water sparingly- because the local sewer system- they said let's swim, everything will pour out- these are like questions from the owners, but okay, it was cold in every room in the house, the batteries were all turned off, of course we turned them on before going to bed, but the house did not heat up immediately, it's surprising that there is no dishwasher in such a house the host cars asked us to pay extra for washing dishes- in my opinion, it's absurd, and the most interesting thing is that upon departure they told us that two sheets were missing and they were satin and they cost 70 rubles and they need to be paid, upon check-in no one said what is in the house and how much of what
To sum up, there is a lot of space, we listened to music until the morning, no one asked to turn off or turn down the sound - this is certainly a plus, but we didn't like such little things as sheets and saving water and heating very much.
Everyone will draw their own conclusions, but our opinion is that all the nuances should be taken into account for such money.

February 22, (lights were on) we would like to mention the excellent service, sooo cool catering (kitchen). The conditions are very good, the prices. Today, in my opinion, this is one of the best places! Well, the service is really excellent!
The hostess is a very good understanding woman! Many things are forbidden in other places! Everything is super here!!! I highly recommend it, because it's really very conscientious, humane and the price-quality ratio is 10 out of 10!

I don't often write reviews!!! But this is the case when there is something to write!!!
I celebrated my anniversary on March 8, 2025, and I want to say that this is the best place to celebrate!!! This is a huge cottage, with a beautiful, bright banquet hall on the ground floor!!! All aspects are taken into account, such as a large speaker, karaoke microphones, a projector, and light music!!! Even in the absence of a presenter, you can organize a celebration)) a beautiful buffet area. On the second floor there are 4 spacious, bright, comfortable bedrooms with comfortable beds. The linen is like in an expensive hotel, snow-white!!! And on the third floor there is a recreation area with billiard and tennis tables! By the way, the guests really enjoyed it, we played until the morning!! There is also a very beautiful well-maintained territory of the cottage, a flat lawn, greenery all around, a gazebo, a Playground. In short, there is everything for a great holiday!! And it is located right in the city, which is very convenient, you can easily get there by taxi.
I would also like to say a big thank you to the owners of this house!!! They are wonderful people, hospitable, very polite and helpful. We helped with valuable tips in organizing the holiday. It may be a bit confusing, but I would like to heartily recommend this place for family holidays!!! I think we'll go back there more than once. 😊
