Positive
The absolute advantage of the hotel is its location — being in the heart of the city, it is ideal for those who want to feel the spirit of Samarkand and be within walking distance of its main attractions.
Another advantage is the included breakfasts. Although their variety is not outstanding, the dishes are fresh and the service is organized promptly. The hotel staff is distinguished by their hospitality and politeness, which leaves a pleasant impression and compensates for minor shortcomings.
Minuses
Despite the name and claims to the “Superior” level, the hotel itself feels more like a good three-star hotel. The interior and equipment of the rooms already require renovation, and the level of service and amenities meets the standards of the middle class, but does not exceed them.

The room has nuts, tea, coffee, water and bath accessories, everything is updated every day, regular cleaning.
The hotel has a small gym, but there is enough of it, a sauna and a swimming pool. The courtyard with greenery is very convenient for work.
The breakfasts are generally delicious, the choice is small, but decent. Eggs, sausages, porridge, pancakes and all kinds of pastries, fruits, breakfast cereals, juice, coffee, tea, in general, you will not stay hungry.
The staff is polite, attentive, welcome, prompt everything. Everyone speaks Russian and will try to help in all matters.

The price is exorbitant, for this money you can live in a great hotel in the very center of the city, the staff behaves as if you did not come to them, but they came to you. They talk in front of you in Uzbek with an outsider, discuss you and think that you do not understand them, they were "pleasantly surprised" when they were spoken to in their language and made it clear that we understand everything. If you want comfort, pleasant communication, hospitality and have a good time, then this is definitely not for them!
