We stayed for one night in March 2024. In the evening we came to the hotel and found a complete lack of water. They promised to supply water "soon", "in half an hour". After 22:00, I had to loudly express my indignation, after which two five-liter bottles of water were brought to the room. We were able to at least wash up and somehow go to the toilet. The water was given at 5:30 a.m. I think that the staff was obliged to somehow compensate the guests for not providing basic service. We paid precisely so that we could spend the evening in comfortable conditions, in particular, to wash after a hard road. Of course, no one from the administration even responded to the message on Instagram.
