It is located on the 2nd line in front of the hotel, quite a noisy road, within walking distance of any shops, the hotel is located in the center of Alanya, 10 minutes to Cleopatra beach.The sea is clean, the sand. The hotel itself is not bad.the food is varied, there is no noisy music, this is a plus,cleaning every day,there are water slides for children, but for some reason they are located at the back of the hotel where there is no sun, the hotel is open from April to the end of October every season. The hotel is closed in winter.

It takes a long time to write about the hotel itself, because you can list the shortcomings of this place endlessly, at first they even tried to take pictures, but after the twentieth photo they realized that there was no point in this, since it was bad, well, everything in the room. We have been here 2 times, the second time is October 2023. We read that repairs were made and decided to go, since this is the main problem of the hotel, everything is very old. But they made repairs only in the lobby on the first floor. The numbers are as they were 10 years ago and have remained. Everything is dead, there is mold in the shower, rust. Everything except the lobby in the hotel is 3 stars, including the same food, we never saw normal meat, or some strange fried fish or chicken. I do not recommend the hotel at all.

We are currently here! The hotel is super. They met us right on the street late at 22.30, helped us unload things from the bus. They didn't leave us anything to eat. But it's okay, it's not scary. The staff is very friendly and smiling. Only bartenders understand Russian. They put us in a luxury room on the 6th floor, overlooking the sea. I didn't expect that we would be so lucky. The dining room is super, the food is varied, the choice is great. Everything is there. Bar, high-quality drinks, different hotels. They do not spare alcohol, they pour it well. Cleaning every day. The beach is nearby, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. In general, the hotel is designed for Europeans, so the service and food will be good. That's why I recommend it to you. He deserves his 4 stars

Great hotel. I didn't want to leave. The sea is great nearby, a walk of about 5 minutes by a beautiful park. The food is wonderful, the alcohol is local, but of high quality. 2 swimming pools on site with bars, until 24:00. Nearby is a hotel building for families with children. Hoteliers speak Russian. There are many foreigners living there. We will definitely come back again. Yes, Cleopatra beach is wonderful, the umbrellas of the hotel were also free on the beach. The center of Alanya. But we must take into account that this is a city hotel, some rooms partially overlook Ataturk Boulevard, but this did not bother us. Slightly stiff orthopedic mattresses on the beds. In general, super!!! I recommend.

Convenient location,sea nearby,shops,pharmacy. The hotel has water slides, 2 swimming pools, a children's playground. The rooms are clean and cozy. It was hard with food for a small child (1.5 g), there were no porridges and ordinary soups. But we didn't stay hungry, we had to get addicted to some foods that we don't eat in Russia.

We liked everything. Comfortable and large room. Cleaning is daily, towels were changed every day. Very varied food, good quality. Friendly staff. The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. We'll probably come back next year.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Cleopatra Beach, where it has its own plot with free sun beds. The hotel is clean, the food is fine. We were pleasantly surprised by honey in honeycombs for breakfast. They speak Russian at the reception. Ice cream from 14 to 17. There is no queue. Half of the Russians.

We arrived at the hotel late at night. They met us, showed us everything, explained, fed us soup, gave us tea. The toilet was leaking water from the tank. Immediately (at 3 a.m.), a specialist was called (no traces of sleep were noticed, he was neat, friendly) and fixed everything within 10 minutes. There were no more inconveniences. Tourists' holidays are adequately organized. Excellent food. The child was overeating ice cream and French fries. Quick solution of any issues. There were always enough sun beds and umbrellas. There were no language problems. We had a rest in the Grand Zaman Garden - this is a hotel with slides. The sea is 3 minutes away. A great beach and a man responsible for the comfort of vacationers on the beach: he will bring an umbrella, stick it wherever you want, fix the sunbed, answer questions. We had a great pleasure. Nice hotel. There are always only foreigners and most of them are Germans and Poles. The rooms are nice, modern furniture. Russian is poorly understood in the review. German, English and Turkish are used. It is a 3-minute walk to the sea.

I would like to thank the staff and owners of the hotel. We had a rest in April, May 2019, for 2 weeks. The hotel is not bad, it tries to work out its 4 stars, but not everything depends on it. After a week of rest, it was extremely unpleasant to see what was seen on the beach, or rather along the entire coast of Cleopatra beach, namely the discharge of sewage and faeces from tourist ships constantly cruising in the bay.....it's just a SHOCK!
