We had a wedding, many thanks to the whole team, insanely delicious food, beautifully decorated, the dish is very large, the guests were delighted, we were very pleased to hear their praise, it was important to us that everyone who came to our holiday experienced only positive emotions, the delight was also caused by the buffet, this is what- that art, it is immediately clear how you feel about your business, it is valuable, the waiters were pleased, they were always there, the service was wonderful, it was very pleasant to prepare, and I was in touch 24/7 with advice and a choice of dishes. To begin with, the work of Jadwiga's manager was at its best - a clear coordination of the menu, before the meeting and after signing the contract. She was always in touch and promptly responded to all my wishes and questions. But the most important thing is, of course, the food itself! The dishes were not only stunningly delicious, but also very beautifully and appetizingly decorated. The variety of appetizers, salads, and hot dishes was very pleasant and memorable to our guests. I would especially like to note the excellent organization of the serving and serving process. The waiters worked clearly and harmoniously, serving all the guests with a smile. No bottles on the tables, all alcohol and other drinks were on separate tables and did not spoil the appearance of the tables. The waiters poured everything very quickly. They were also very attentive to the wishes and quickly responded to any requests from our guests. In general, everyone was incredibly satisfied with the work of the Grand de Luxe. Professionalism, quality and attention to detail are at the highest level. Now I know who to contact to organize delicious and beautiful meals at events. About 2 months have passed since our wedding and I would like to leave a review :) We are very glad that you were a part of our wedding. Everything was at a high level, from the food, which was really delicious, to the serving. The wishes for the dishes were taken into account, which was very important for me personally on the wedding day. The part I didn't attend was the buffet. But according to the video and guest reviews, it was spectacular and delicious! Special thanks for sending us the options for hosting the buffet at the manor and choosing the best option 🤍 A nice bonus was an impromptu collaboration with the decorator. The glasses with sparkling wine and a flower looked very impressive 🌸 Thank you for being with us on an important day for us. 🥂

We collaborated with this catering company. Pros: 1. The waiters are great. Minuses: 1. Initially, a menu with outdated prices was provided. In comparison with other competitors, the sample menu is approximately one and a half times cheaper. That's what they fell for. As a result, at the stage of signing the contract, it turns out that the prices on the menu are different. Well, let's say the human factor. 2. At the next meeting before the celebration itself, it turns out that the prices have changed again, which was not announced in advance. 3. Not all agreed positions were displayed on the day of the celebration. Later, the guests were asked if they had seen some dishes and not a single person said yes. 4. Initially, about 1.5 kg was laid for a person. All the dishes were missing. They didn't deliver it on the second day either. Unclear. 5. The guests did not rate the food very highly.

We ordered catering for the wedding at the manor, everything went well, the cooks, the officers were efficient and nimble, tried to please, left tips for all of them after the end of the event. The total check per person was 135 rubles, there was more than enough food, the layout was beautiful, the food was fresh and beautiful, in the end they put everything in a container for us. The founder personally attended the event.

Наша свадьба 19.08.2023 прошла в усадьба Поместье . Площадка. Что тут говорить, место красивое! Сервис и клиентоориентированность ужас одним словом . Спойлер - разочарований будет полное . От первой беседы и до окончания нашего мероприятия - менеджеры отвечали не на все вопросы, рассказывать всё "от" и "до" это не их вообще дело . показать фото посуды даже не могли и прочее(на видео коротких сказала что типа видно) Мне довелось за время подготовки пообщаться с Ядвигой и оставила не приятное впечатление,не заинтересована была вообще в нашем мероприятие.С ней мы проводили первую встречу и мое знакомство с меню и когда я вышла со встречи , все мои сомнения подтвердились и я точно знала, что это будет нечто , корректировкой меню это отдельный квест и нервов потратили не думая что в таком вопросе вообще будут трудности , уточнением всех деталей занимало до 1 суток ))) Все профессиональные обязанности были ужасные,вплоть что не знают официанты пол людей (задача была девушкам рыба ,мужчинам мясо )с этим даже проблема . И не только. Был момент, когда принесли еду там были овощи не те которые мы заказывали (это исправили) Такое равнодушие меня просто поразило . Кухня нормальная но не то что рассказывали .Я как невеста намучалась с вопросами по сервису и готовки.Оформление блюд и посуда были не то что ожидали .Спасибо за не очень хороший сервис .

Заказывал кейтеринг на юбилей отца. Отличный сервис, хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Индивидуально подошли к составлению меню. Приятно удивлён пунктуальности кейтеринга, всё было приготовлено точно и в срок. Отдельное спасибо приветливым официантам и менеджеру. Красивое оформление столов, всё очень-очень вкусно! Все гости остались довольны. Буду рекомендовать знакомым!

Заказывали этот кейтеринг на корпоратив и были в восторге! Столы ломились от еды, разные лакомства, да ещё и каждое блюдо необычно декорировано, заметно, что с душой! Все вопросы решались сиюминутно, а директор Ядвига лично контролировала подачу. Очень мне запомнились, спасибо всей команде!
