They gave me a room without air conditioning!I couldn't imagine such a thing happening in a 5-star hotel!We took a few euros for bars from the mini-bar, although my wife and I don't eat sweets in principle.The breakfast is not bad, the casino is nice.We definitely won't stop here again.

This is the most beautiful hotel in Karlu, where famous gentlemen rested in the 18th and 19th centuries, Soviet citizens also loved to come to in the 20th century. If you have the opportunity now or later, be sure to visit the coffee shop, which is located on the ground floor of the building, as well as a restaurant selling fine cuisine.

The well-known 5 star Grand Hotel Pupp. In socialist times it was called Moscow. Many Czech and American films were shot in it. The price of the rooms corresponds to the stars and the service is excellent. The rooms have already been practically redone from those "socialist" ones to modern European ones. The cuisine is varied. Even those who do not live in the hotel can safely use the restaurant and cafe. There are promotions in the cafe when coffee and snacks (cake) are included in the package, they are offered at a bargain price. And so - coffee 100 crowns and pie 95 crowns. Every spring, at the opening of the holiday season, "Porcelain celebrations" take place at the hotel. Where the sale of Czech porcelain takes place. Photo below. Take a closer look at the angel with the harp. There is an element there, the position of which is not peculiar to a young angel. They say that the builders were not paid enough to repair the building. So they played a joke. The fact that the Czechs are great jokers was also confirmed by the red underpants hanging over the Hail, instead of the President's Standard. A lot of heads flew off afterwards...

We visited the hotel for the New Year holidays. I liked everything very much. The service was just great.The staff is very polite and helpful. All issues were resolved very quickly. We are always ready to help if needed. The room was nice, cleaning was done every day. The breakfast is quite decent. Thanks to the hotel staff for the wonderful holidays.

Do not expect that this hotel will be the best choice for the price. The service is excellent, but the restaurant has a lot of friends from China who come to have a snack with tour buses, so sometimes there are no places at the tables.
