Unpleasant impressions remained. Everything is fine so far. When loading with a loader, the tile was broken, (it was possible to see this fact only after unloading) they did not admit guilt, because the tile was loaded onto our transport. I wish we were to blame. No one began to understand. Rudeness and affectation. We planned other purchases, but alas, not in this store anymore.
A good choice, for every taste and purse, competent consultants will advise you how best to make a layout, 3D design is also convenient. We ordered tiles for the toilet and bathroom - we were satisfied. Inexpensive delivery, everything was delivered on time.
I ordered a tile in this store (Mozyr). When calculating the tiles, the consultant counted the amount twice too high, if she had not recalculated the number of necessary tiles, she would have had to decorate the "garage" with the remaining one... I expected the order for 3 weeks, although they promised a week (arguing that the car was "understaffed")... After waiting for the tile, a marriage of 3 pcs was discovered at the reception. Now we are waiting for the 3rd week to finally close the issue with this store. I do NOT recommend it to those who wish to face similar problems.. The only advantage in this store is the movers. We took them up to the floor, counted them, and reviewed them without any problems.
I advise you to visit. Great specialists in their field. There is a lot of choice and discounts. An individual approach to each client. They always warn you about the readiness of the order if you order the product in advance. There are even deliveries right under the house.
There was, however, once, but a very large selection of finishing materials. The staff can always help with the design of the premises, indicating the type of tile.
I think the biggest choice is by tile.In general, there are a lot of things to repair.I advise you to visit if you are starting repairs.The staff is friendly and professional.They will tell you everything and help you with everything.)
Cool store! Thanks to a huge assortment, staff assistance and individual projects, an entrance hall and 2 bathrooms were equipped. The next repair will definitely not be complete without Grand Ceramics)

The service was so-so when a big order was needed, everyone was nice and pleasant, and the next time a small order was turned up, I won't go there anymore

The best store in the city of Mozyr. A huge range of tiles, wallpapers from leading European manufacturers. Experienced managers are always happy to help you make a choice.
Long delivery they say a week after the second and as a result, in the third week you call yourself and achieve! In normal stores, sellers call the customer if something does not go according to plan, but here everyone does not care, the main thing is to give money and that's it
In my opinion, this is the best store in Mozyr in terms of product range. Ceramic tiles for every taste, wallpaper, a huge selection of decorative coatings. It is very difficult to decide when such a choice is made.
