For future buyers, I just want to say that the manufacture of a custom-made bed is 2 months, delivery can be delayed for a minimum period, so you need to be ready for this, but the beds themselves are gorgeous. I went around enough stores, but I decided to buy from them anyway.

First, the delivery time was set for Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 18 to 23 hours. As a result, no one came. At 23.45, they started calling and promising to bring them tomorrow. They brought it the next day. But they mixed up the mattress base in the order. They promised to give me a hasty ride on the same day until 21. At 21 they promised me to be sure to wait until 23. As a result, they were brought in at midnight and the installation was carried out at half past one at night! The result has been achieved, as it were. But in general, I cannot agree that delivery and assembly at midnight is the norm. Rather, it indicates a lack of logistics planning and order formation. I consider this approach to the work of the delivery service unacceptable

After these phrases, the usual communication ended, every call is a quarrel. She asked to return the deposit and give up the furniture, the answer is: your right, refuse. I ask how to return the prepayment, the answer is: search the Internet. To be honest, I'm not that shocked, I'm discouraged by this attitude. The manager also showed that the prepayment of 500 rubles is small, why worry. She just laughed at my argument that I was worried not about the prepayment, but about the sofa.
Delivery is a separate song. From 18:00 to 23:00, and it is unclear when he will arrive. Is it possible to get a phone number to contact the courier? - No, we don't have any numbers.

The corner inserts are made so that when they are installed, the entire structure bends and the niche stops closing normally and catches everything in a row, the niche rattles and is structurally made so that it does not open completely, because it rests against the crossbar...the smell of wood is present already 2 months after the purchase, the other day the niche lifting gas lifts failed, I do not recommend it at all!

When ordering delivery, be prepared that the deadlines will be disrupted due to defective fabric / fabric delivery or something similar. Logistics works so that delivery and assembly takes place only after 18:00. Our order arrived at 23:10 at the apartment in which we do not live yet (we had to go to meet the order at night). By the time both beds were lifted, by the time they were assembled, it was almost midnight. As you know, for an adequate person and his neighbors, this is not the most pleasant activity. We have already heard from the neighbors. At first, we complained to the deliverers themselves, but as it turned out in a conversation with them, they are also not happy with this model of work of their company and the management as a whole. And that sometimes they finish deliveries after 1 a.m.! Think about whether you want such a "customer-oriented" service.
By the way, the order did not arrive in full - 1 element was not delivered due to defective fabric! An attempt to find out something about another delivery from the management on the phone in the morning and corny to hear an apology about this one was not successful. Instead, my wife heard an offer to seek psychological help.
One piece of advice, do you want good service and whole nerves? It is better to avoid their points. Well, the employees of the company who communicated with us and expressed their concern about the situation - patience and find a job with more adequate management as soon as possible.
