In search of an exclusive monument for a loved one, we accidentally stopped by the Falkovsky granite workshop. Several monuments were immediately liked here. I also liked the variety of samples presented, the presence of a large assortment of materials, types and colors of granite, a large number of related products for landscaping (flower beds, lamps, a variety of forged parts).
Special thanks to Svetlana, who listened attentively to our wishes and professionally asked clarifying questions in order to better understand our needs. As a result, she showed us the perfect sample of the monument we were looking for – beautiful, high–quality, original and with an individual design - and as it turned out, this monument was made by Svetlana herself. Also, from the point of view of her experience and creative vision, she helped to think through and take into account all the little things so that everything would look tasteful and decent. Everything turned out as we wanted!
Thanks to Vitaly, the installation of the monument and the landscaping of the burial were carried out efficiently, professionally and within the agreed time frame. He clearly controlled and was present at all stages of the work and informed us about it by phone.

Решили обратится в апреле 2023 к этой фирме за заказом. Был составлен договор. Со слов мрамор был Италия , но в документах уже было указано Украина/Россия . Несколько раз поднималась цена.
На вопрос почему не указано итальянское производство, продавец сказала : «а нада?» . Было внесено 800 руб предоплаты. По итогу: почти 2 месяца так и не выходила на связь, не было конкретики какой будет мрамор и когда начнутся работы . Было решено обратится в другую фирму, что мы с радостью и сделали . С этой фирмой решили расторгнуть договор. Мы знали что придутся заплатить неустойку в 180 рублей (чек не был выдан). После расторжения договора продавец настойчиво просила подписать ряд бумаг, но мы отказались , что сыграло в дальнейшем нам на пользу. Спустя 2 недели Фальковского Светлана Владимировна вышла с нами на связь , заявляя что мы должны оплатить еще и неустойку в размере 10% от общей стоимости заказа и все судебные издержки . Но так как не был выдан чек об уплате 180 рублей и не подписывали после расторжения договора никаких бумаг - нам это сыграло на пользу . Прежде чем обращаться в это злачное место ,где обманывают людей на их горе , читайте все документы прежде чем их подписывать , иначе попадете на деньги !!
