I got involved in this organization on the issue of burial improvement. Work was carried out on laying tiles , flower beds and borders . The quality of the work performed is excellent. All our wishes were taken into account and fulfilled in a short time. Each stage of the work was carefully discussed both in person and over the phone. We were very satisfied. The work was completed in a short time (the burial place is very large).

I contacted the company on the recommendation of friends. The first acquaintance was with the administrator Elena. I have not met a more than sociable and knowledgeable person in this area, since before that I applied to other companies. Elena is wrong with every question I ask. She answered everything, but also explained everything, showed it in photographs, right up to how the work itself would take place. I think that such workers should be protected and rewarded. The work was done perfectly, everything was as explained by Elena. I would like to express my gratitude to the guys who completed it - these are Artem and Valery. You guys are great!!!! They reacted to the shortcomings instantly, in a simple "yesterday" way. The tiles were laid, the monument was also installed in a short time. The monument is very beautiful.

CHTUP "GranitSnabSbyt" is the best thing you can find in Gomel if you want to arrange a burial!
These are not just big words, but a conclusion drawn by comparing the attitude to work, communication with the customer (with me, that is), pricing and the list of services provided in this organization and in other similar ones.
I ordered a monument for my mother here according to an individual project, which no one had ever made in the city before. They took it on unconditionally, although the work was going to be quite difficult.
On the first visit, I immediately liked the attitude of Director Igor Alexandrovich and manager Elena. Everything was calmly explained, and many useful tips were given.
As I thought, I came as a fairly prepared person who understands what I want and how I see the execution of the order. But it turned out that there were still a lot of details that I had not thought out, which Elena explained to me with great patience already at the conclusion of the contract.
In order to get everything in time for Radunitsa, they started working back in December 2023. At each stage, all the points were carefully and in detail coordinated with me. The color of the granite, the size of the slabs, the shape, size and background of the medallion, the way the inscription is executed and its font, the way the tiles are laid under the base of the monument, and so on.
Upon completion of each stage, a photo report was sent. Nothing was sent to work without my approval.
When all the details were ready, the installation began. There was no rush, all the work was done at the right interval and very efficiently.
They poured the base under the tile, waited 2 weeks for it to dry. Then they laid the tile itself, again they waited for several days, because the mass of the monument turned out to be large. And only the third stage was the monument itself installed.
On May 1, 2024, all work was completed. Now there is a unique and very beautiful monument in the Bolshevik cemetery.
Many thanks to everyone who helped me with the arrangement of my mother's grave: the management for competent staff selection, the carver for talent and professionalism, the craftsmen for accurate execution, the installers for patience and golden hands!

I tell you - I ordered a monument from the guys, because after analyzing the market for these services, I came to the conclusion that it is here that the quality will be at a high level and the price is lower than that of such organizations. I am very grateful to the manager, because he was the one who took my order. I helped in choosing the monument, showed all possible options and took into account all my wishes in the product - from retouching photos of parents to the dot and comma in the memorial inscription, as well as wishes regarding the delivery and installation of the monument. In my order, I did not set clear deadlines for execution, and the guys, in turn, did not hesitate - within a week the layout of the tombstone was agreed with me, and today my order was installed in Staraya Volotov. I would also like to thank the installation guys - they worked quickly, clearly, accurately... Well, what happened in the end, you will now see for yourself on those photos that I will attach to the review, because it is better to see 1 time than to hear 100 times...
