Very friendly staff at the reception. We arrived 2 hours earlier than check-in, but those who had a room ready were checked in immediately. I left my suitcase in the luggage room and went for a walk. The location is very convenient - close to both the historical part of the city and the new one with shopping centers. The room was clean and tidy. I liked everything.

Great hotel: delicious breakfasts, clean everywhere. Towels are changed, garbage is taken out every day, pillows every two days.
The guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful, they congratulated me on my birthday and helped my husband organize a bouquet.
Location: 3 minutes to the sea and a cool park with a pond, 10 minutes to the old town👍🏻

Everything is clean and tidy. They clean well. The rooms are comfortable, large, floor-to-ceiling Windows, the rooms are bright, we liked it.

Disgusting service! The rooms are cold, the Internet is not working, there were some problems all the time. The shower drain is clogged! We came to the room in the evening, the floor of the room was cleaned, but the floor was not, we took the basket out of the trash and just left it, and when we went to complain to the reception, the young man said that this was our problem!!
