A clean and cozy hotel, fully deserves it's stars and room prices. Situated in an historical district of Tbilisi, Avlabari, established by Armenians.

Positive:
- very soft sheets, not just cotton,
- the mattress is not springy! I slept well
- hot water comes immediately, you didn't have to wait
- delicious breakfasts
- daily room cleaning, water bottles, kettle and coffee
- neat refrigerator in the room
- stylish interior, not annoying
Minuses:
- my towels were all already old and worn,
- the walls in the room are shabby and need refreshing,
- problems with the backlight of the mirror in room 402
Anyway, I really liked the location and the quiet streets around. I will advise my friends

Friendly staff. The price corresponds to the quality. There are breakfasts, which is very pleasing. The owner obviously puts a piece of his soul into this place. Nearby there are shops cafes exchangers a Playground and even fitness equipment for adults

Very stylish room, clean, modern. Inexpensive, the price / quality is fully justified. 8 minutes walk to Avlabari metro station, and 15 minutes walk to the old town. Upon check-in, they are treated with a glass of homemade wine. The staff is friendly and always supportive. A cool veranda on the street. The breakfasts were 4 out of 5, but for such a price it is a very good choice. There were several dishes to choose from, vegetables, drinks. A few nights later I came back. I recommend it!

The accommodation took place we were greeted very well service 5+ room cleaning every day everything is very good electronic key coffee tea water fresh towels and friendly hosts large + breakfast included

The hotel is a nice, comfortable, beautiful room. A wonderful fragrance! The breakfast is delicious and hearty. They speak Russian at the reception and treat us with a glass of wine :)
But we got a car scratched at the hotel, I suspect that it was done by an employee who drives a matiz! Be careful!!
They scratched the car and naturally left, and the bumper is now under painting. Unpleasant aftertaste

A good hotel, stylish rooms, everything is new👍🏻 A compliment in the form of a glass of wine is what you need, especially when you stop by in the dead of night😅 decent breakfasts, very tasty coffee (which I'm not a coffee lover, but I drank 2 cups with pleasure😋). The only thing is that it is better not to settle on the 2nd floor (he is the first at street level), there is a children's playground nearby, and the kids were hammering into the wall with a ball and kept trying to look inside, I had to ask the administrator to disperse them😧

I visited Georgia for the first time with a group of tourists and I really liked this hotel, although there were three of us in the room and only three days Minimalistic but clean, Delicious breakfast (buffet), there is an elevator and a balcony, toilet and shower in the room!The staff is friendly, I Recommend it!

A lovely cozy hotel near the metro station.
Nearby there are shops, exchangers.
There is an elevator, which is very important for travelers with suitcases.
The breakfast buffet is a bit monotonous.
I would like to have more variety in food.

We had a rest in October. I liked everything very much. Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts. But the bed linen was changed after 1, sometimes it was necessary to ask. Of the amenities near the center and the metro. We walked everywhere and the area is pleasant.

A great hotel - for all 5 stars (actually 3+). We were greeted with a glass of wine and Georgian hospitality.Cozy rooms, we had a two-room, TV in every room, cleaning every day, change of slippers. Water, tea, coffee, sugar are free of charge. Breakfast is a buffet. The city center, near the Mimino monument.I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it.
