We thank you for your professionalism, for your tact, for your sensitivity, for your customer orientation. Thanks to your work, we have a very beautiful place in our boy's memory. We gradually expected a lot of worries from the stories of people who apparently had a different experience. Yes, the process is very exciting, but Ekaterina supported us so sensitively and patiently that we had no reason to worry. The result exceeded our expectations. The monument is so airy, bright, stylish and reflects exactly what we so wanted to protect and remember forever.... Thank you! Discussion, conclusion of a contract, creation of a sketch, stages of work with a stone, photo, text, installation, attributes - everything was discussed at a convenient time (sometimes unacceptably unsuitable for an 8-hour schedule), always in touch, always taking into account our opinion - everything is very competent and tactful!
