We thank you for your professionalism, for your tact, for your sensitivity, for your customer orientation. Thanks to your work, we have a very beautiful place in our boy's memory. We gradually expected a lot of worries from the stories of people who apparently had a different experience. Yes, the process is very exciting, but Ekaterina supported us so sensitively and patiently that we had no reason to worry.

Discussion, conclusion of a contract, creation of a sketch, stages of work with a stone, photo, text, installation, attributes - everything was discussed at a convenient time (sometimes unacceptably unsuitable for an 8-hour schedule), always in touch, always taking into account our opinion - everything is very competent and tactful!

It is not the first time we use the services of this company, but we have consistently chosen it. We ordered monuments of varying complexity, but we always got decent work, starting from competent advice, ending with high-quality work. Prices +/- are the same as in the city, but the ratio / efficiency / quality is an order of magnitude higher.

A few words about the work of the company.
Only positive memories remain. The work was completed within the agreed time frame, there are absolutely no complaints about the quality. A human attitude, they do not impose too much, but I carefully delve into the wishes of the client and are ready to offer a lot of solutions. I can't say anything about the cost (it suited me), but I think it's hardly worth looking for a big difference in the city. In a word, the company is worthy of a recommendation.

We contacted this company with an individual monument project. The manager couldn't even understand the detailed sketch. She offered some monuments from the Internet. The prices are unrealistic and overpriced. In any other company, it is 5-2 times cheaper. And Julia G.'s review is just a "custom-made fairy tale."

Hello, I was outraged by the review of the previous person, I want to say that they really have everything on the record and I was recorded in the queue and I waited, but if you need quality and integrity, YOU CAN WAIT!
And now about the main thing:Hello portal, I want to tell you in detail about the GraveStone company because there is no limit to my gratitude and this is the least I can do for them. To begin with, I want to write that I visited all the companies in Brest that I found on the Internet and after reading the newspapers. What I went and searched for – I wanted the monument to be made really very unusual. To my great regret, almost all companies offer standard options. Some companies agreed to make a sketch for me, but they could not come up with any version of my preliminary preparations themselves. It was very insulting that they promised me: "... yes, yes, we will make a sketch for you, wait ...", but in the end they did a complete discrepancy with my wishes. I also witnessed a couple of times at large companies how customers who have already had a monument made or installed came to swear at the quality of manufacture and installation, or the order was not made at all and people were waiting for a "miracle". I applied to Gravestone in early summer with my sketches. The manager listened to me, made some clarifications, after that saying that the sketch would take about 2-3 days due to the fact that there are many people willing to create projects. So, I waited, continuing to go around smaller companies along the way, studying the Internet over and over again. 2 days later, I got a call and was invited to their office to view the sketch. And finally, it was here, after such a long search, that I saw what I imagined in my head, and this monument was even more beautiful in the sketch than I had imagined. After agreeing on the price, I was offered to go to the place for free by an employee of the company to view my site, so that, as they put it, there would be no questions during installation and make measurements to clarify the size of the burial. I want to go back to the fact that when I first came to the office of this company, I was struck by their communication with people while I was waiting for my turn. Anna, a very tactful, polite, decent manager, tried to please everyone and in between communicating with clients, she devoted time to everyone. A beautiful, clean office and a really huge selection of sketches of monuments. As far as I understand, this is the only company that offers any size and any, even the most complex shapes. So, I opened the order and waited. The order was to be made and installed in August. Within 1 month after the order was opened, all the landscaping was done and I just had to wait for the monument itself to be made. In early August, Ekaterina called me and said that the stone was ready. I had to drive up to them to see the finished stone and the painted portrait. The next day I went to the office, I want to note that the production is also located in Brest. I was taken to the production, and I was amazed by the beauty of the stone itself – colored, combined with black granite and the quality of the applied portrait. And I was promised an installation in a week, I asked to erect a monument in my presence. And so in August, by prior agreement, after returning from vacation, I immediately went to the cemetery to see how my order would be completed. When I approached the site where my husband is buried, the guys were starting work on completing the work, I just stood and cried, because the complex was very beautiful, if it is appropriate to talk about the monument. I went to the office and thanked the people cordially for creating such beauty and promised to leave a review about their organization.
Why did I describe everything in such detail? Because it is actually very difficult to find a decent monument in Brest if you are looking for a non-standard option.
