My relationship with this company did not work out. We ordered a flash drive as a gift to the coach. Well done for taking on one unit of goods. But then there were 3-4 days of attempts to finalize the order. The designer and so on have not been contacted for a long time. When finally this stage was over and I came to get the order. The engraving on the leather was dull, the leather case was of super poor quality. And there are a lot of scratches on the metal flash drive itself. When a company deals with gifts, I think it should understand that everything should be beautiful and neat. But alas, only a lot of time spent.

I applied to this workshop, there was no ready-made template for my keyboard for laser engraving. They offered to produce such a template for the program for an additional fee equal to the price of the engraving itself.
Unfortunately, the website does not say that this way the price of engraving will double. At the same time, then, according to "my" template, they will then engrave others at the usual price.
As a result, I bought stickers here, they are of good quality and forgot about this problem))

I did not have time to pick up my order on Friday, I hoped to pick it up on Saturday, since according to the organization's work schedule, which is indicated on the website, and on the sign on the door itself, the working day is on Saturday from 10 to 17, as a result, arriving on Saturday at 12, I saw the doors closed, no one answered the calls accordingly, too I answered, I will add that on weekdays, in Viber and telegram, the answer has to wait a long time.
