We chose a hotel for a relaxing family holiday. The priority was the availability of an aquapark, good food, and a relatively new hotel. Our expectations and reality have completely coincided.
Upon arrival at 17.00, we were immediately placed in a great room not in the main building, but in a villa on the ground floor with a terrace and a courtyard. SUPERIOR ROOM type room, in my opinion, there are no rooms below the level in the hotel. The room is clean, a large bed plus an extra bed for a child. Cleaning, updating of water, juices, lemonades daily. There is free Wi-Fi in each room, at the reception and by the main pool.
Everything is fine with meals, organized three times a day in a buffet style. There is a variety of meat for lunch and dinner: chicken, beef, fish, there were also squid with crabs. Any side dishes and sweets, a variety of fruits. Snacks are organized in bars (burgers, rolls, fruits, ice cream). Drinks at any point of the hotel without problems: various cocktails, beer, wine, lemonades. Visiting a la carte restaurants 2 times a week by appointment.
The water park is open on schedule, but it doesn't bother, there are no queues. There are many slides for every taste, there is a swimming pool with children's slides. In total, there are 7 different pools in the hotel, we swam only in the three closest to the room plus the water park. A lifeguard is mandatory at each pool.
The staff at the hotel is very attentive, responsive and not intrusive. During the day, animators organize vacationers for yoga classes, various competitive entertainment starts, and aqua aerobics.
The entrance to the sea was upset at first, very shallow, it is very far to go to a normal depth, and there is a reef there. But the pier fully solves this problem, it is convenient to descend into the sea from it, where you can just swim and watch the fish (there is not a large reef nearby). Everything is under the supervision of rescuers who are on duty there all the time.
In general, the hotel gave extremely positive impressions and an unforgettable vacation, for which I thank them very much!
The hotel is gorgeous, not without drawbacks, but overall I think it deserves 5! The food is peculiar, but in Egypt it is everywhere like this) it is not very convenient to descend from the pier into the sea, for children who do not know how to swim-only with armbands, immediately deep. In the lagoon, the water is warm, then it is impossible to walk on it because of the coral. The territory is huge, well-groomed, the staff is on top! The second disadvantage is that the bracelet is cut off upon departure, you will not be able to use anything, extend the room for $ 40 until 18.00 h, after $ 50.
Animation gives a strong impression, children's even more so- every day aquagrimm, dancing and games! No adult, the hotel has saved a lot on invited artists here, a group of animators at the hotel pull the entire day program - from yoga to volleyball, and night - all by themselves!

First of all, I want to express my great gratitude to the hotel guide Abdula; a very experienced employee and just a wonderful person! He knows which tour to offer to whom, quickly solves all problems (and they were), provides the necessary information and promptly answers all questions. Speaking of excursions, we took a safari and the island of Utopia and did not regret it, we liked it! I organized an individual trip to Hurghada for souvenirs, the hotel has shops, but the choice is small and everything is sooooo expensive, so we went and bought what we wanted. Also, a special human thank you to Lera, the receptionist, who helped us a lot in a difficult situation, and then, you can say, took care of us.

We are going to Egypt beyond the sea and the sea here is gorgeous, insanely beautiful, rich reef, you can walk to the lagoon and dive there, you can from the pier, and at about 10-11 in the morning they open access to the open sea, there is generally beauty- you want to swim with a mask and enjoy the underwater world, you want to scuba dive (for a fee). The rescuers at the pier are well done, they are very attentive and responsible to their work! Special thanks to the rescuer Omar! When I went swimming in the open sea for the first time, I was so carried away by the beauties that I did not calculate my strength and swam far away from the pier, when I saw how long I had to swim back, I apparently panicked and began to suffocate. That's how he saw it, and I didn't even understand how he got there so quickly, with a lifebuoy)) The humblest man with a heart of gold, THANK YOU!!!
If you are a fan of swimming pools, then objectively it was simply not possible to be in the main pool, people like herrings in a barrel. We went there a couple of times, then we dipped into other pools, and by the way they are much cleaner and cooler, since there are an adequate number of people in them. We must pay tribute, there are 2-4 lifeguards at each pool and they will look after the children and help them find a sunbed that is occupied in the morning with towels, but no one is lying there))
About sun beds: everything is like everywhere, people occupy them, do not appear all day, and those who came to the pool to swim for half an hour, have nowhere to put their own things 🤷🏻♀️. We didn't borrow fundamentally, why? Even if there was no chair, they just put things under the umbrella closest to the pool. In principle, you can always find a free place by the sea.

Check-in: we arrived at the hotel on 08.08. at about one o'clock in the morning, three adults (me, my husband and a child of 15 years old) paid for the tour for 3 adults and they give us a room with two single beds, despite the fact that from 14:00 07.08 a room for three adults should have been ready for us!!!!! My husband is naturally at the reception, and they will change tomorrow, there are no rooms, as you want, so sleep and we do not understand you at all, either in Russian or in English, what they say you do not like? The room has no balcony, just a small window, like in a dungeon. Well, okay, a day on the road, a night without sleep, in the morning a very unpleasant conversation with the guide, who stoically listened to our claims and by 13 o'clock, we became owners of a room with a balcony and an extra bed next to the sea and the main restaurant! To do this, we had to stand at the reception from 11 to 13 o'clock, the guide had to go to another hotel, and they began to ignore us again, if we hadn't stood there and reminded ourselves every 5 minutes, our room would have been given to others.
Food and restaurant: as elsewhere in Egypt, the food is specific. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce leaves, cheese, olives were taken once a week, yogurt was delicious. They drank ordinary water or tea. The coffee is disgusting. Delicious coffee is only served at the bar in the lobby of the hotel, sometimes we went there after dinner to drink coffee. We took soup for lunch, the first 4 days there were croutons for soups, then they disappeared), well, the same cucumbers, tomatoes, chicken or meat, puree. There were French fries, the child took them, but it was necessary to stand in a decent queue. For dinner, the same as for lunch, only without soup. From fruits: apples, oranges, melons are not tasty, there were grapes a couple of times, that's all. There are a lot of sweets and pastries, but we didn't like almost anything, but it's not necessary. We weren't hungry. On the third day, they began to skip either lunch or breakfast, we had enough if we wanted to have a snack, 2 cafes with drinks, burgers, French fries and pizza by the pools. Ala-kart restaurants, I don't recommend it, I don't understand the rave reviews. Just that we sat in silence, but left hungry -it's Mexican, in Moroccan more or less, but if we hadn't gone, we wouldn't have lost anything.
Well, the cherry on the cake is the waiter service in the main restaurant, it's just some trash! It seems that they work for themselves!! If you give a dollar, ignore it, if you don't give a dollar, ignore it, it's not clear what needs to be done to interrogate them with a knife with a fork and napkins (one napkin in hand!!!☝️). They are not freely available, the waiter goes with them, distributes them to those who like him, the rest are in the gap. As a result, we just began to approach them and snatch what we need from this tray, in no other way, in response to dissatisfied curses, but what can we do, not with our hands))) If you come at the beginning of lunch or dinner, maybe there will be a free table, but after half an hour there are no places, people walk around with plates and try to eat somehow. Attention is only to the Germans, 2-3 waiters are spinning around them, they will occupy a table and no one will be allowed there, and drinks will be brought and a chair will be moved and the appliances will be changed 5 times, I looked specifically at how many tips they give them - so, they don't give at all! But we don't need to, we're not proud, we can go get water ourselves, give us a fork and a napkin and that's it!!!!
In general, I would return here only because of the magical reef, otherwise the hotel is overloaded, there is no animation. But if you know how to act in a given situation, you can enjoy your vacation here, but this knowledge comes at the end of the rest, by trial)
