A great hotel, we stayed there in the middle of February for 9 full days. Excellent staff, all very friendly, polite, hardworking. The room was cleaned every day. The area is large and very clean. Lots of greenery. Every evening after dinner there was some kind of show, karaoke, dancing, contests. The animator girls also conducted yoga, zumba and other entertainment. And the thing that I liked the most was, of course, the sea! It takes 3-7 minutes to walk to it, depending on the location of your room. The pier leads out to a lagoon with unrealistically beautiful turquoise waters surrounded by reefs. A lot of beautiful colorful fish can be seen up close.
There is a lot of food, at first you need to get used to it, because the dishes are specific, they put a lot of spices, something very salty that is impossible to eat, but you will not stay hungry. 2 out of 9 days were given seafood, large shrimps, oysters and crab. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Of the minor disadvantages, they didn't give out bathrobes and slippers, so take them with you.
If something does not suit you in the room, then you can always contact by phone or walk to the reception, your problem will definitely be solved. For example, I asked for an iron, it was brought to my room and I had it before I left.
I want to mention a big plus - the clinic on site with free help, I got an allergy, a very nice doctor gave me an injection and everything became super. We couldn't understand each other and communicated through a translator, so everything is great!

The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful and well maintained. The rooms have everything you need (air conditioning, hairdryer, soap accessories, towels and good WiFi). The hotel staff is all friendly, which is a huge plus! All questions that arose were quickly resolved at the reception.
The food and drinks are varied, you can choose what you like best. For dinner there was always chicken/quail, beef/lamb and fish, as well as a variety of salads, desserts, vegetables and fruits. There were crabs and seafood a couple of times during the rest.
Entering the sea from a pontoon, where there is a place to leave things and rescuers are on duty. We had a vacation in February, so it was cool to go in, but it was comfortable in the water. Both adults and children swam. It is better to swim with a mask to see the marine life in all its glory. From the pontoon at low tide (after 12-13 hours) We saw stingrays, octopus and lots of fish - it's beautiful!
You can sunbathe on the beach on the sun beds with wind protection or by the pools on the territory, but we always chose the beach.
You can walk along the embankment (the road to the center takes about an hour in one direction), ride rented bicycles or golf carts. We liked it here and plan to return in the fall.
It was our first time in Egypt, and this hotel and the Sahl Hasheesh area left extremely positive emotions, so this year we will definitely make a choice in favor of friendly Egypt, and not Turkey, where, as it seems to me, we are already tired of tourists.

We stayed at the hotel in December 2024. A great modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright. The territory is well maintained, the staff is constantly doing something: washing , cleaning, watering. There are 7 swimming pools on the territory, one of them is heated, a water park (I counted 9 slides) without heating, so we did not swim in it. On the beach, the staff brings sun beds and partitions from the wind themselves, they do not allow guests to do anything)) it's the same with the beach bar, we order drinks, we want to bring them ourselves, but the waiters send us to lie down, and they bring drinks. The toilets are clean everywhere. Cleaning is constant. The food is excellent. Everything is delicious. The choice of dishes is large. You will definitely not stay hungry. We also went to the ala kart restaurant. In Chinese and Mexican. Everything is delicious. The service, as always, is excellent.
The Internet connection in the room was excellent.
It is very convenient that there is a place to walk. There is a long embankment of paving stones along the sea. We walked every day to the neighboring hotels and once walked to the main street, where there are cafes and, as it seemed to me, shops and bus stops. You can rent a golf cart and take a ride to see the area.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great family hotel!
The food is delicious and they offer a lot of things, you will not stay hungry, by the end of the rest, of course, it seems a little monotonous.
But the sweets are on top!
The rooms and grounds are very clean. The only negative is a weak Internet connection.
Everyone is very friendly.
I would especially like to mention the animation girls Sheila and Kai, these are amazing beauties who conducted incendiary dance classes for vacationers! Excellent bachata, salsa, mamba and zumba - a great mood for the whole day. Plus, as a bonus, we burn calories after rich desserts! Thanks to the girls! And to all the other guys for our vacation!

It's just a great hotel - on the very first day I realized that the food tour would succeed! The rooms are excellent and spacious, the plumbing is in good condition, and my room had a spacious terrace. Right under the windows there are 3 pools at once, one warm. From January 13 to January 23, the sea temperature is 20-21, but the winds are very decent. The cleaning and room service are almost impeccable, although on the 5th day the cleaner asked for 10 bucks, and when I refused, he followed up. There was no cleaning for a day (and then everything was fine again). Level animation, volleyball, butch, reception solves all problems in one go. All in all, a very good place to stay. The rest cost 115k for two people, which is very reasonable.
There is only one problem (it is not so difficult to solve technically) - the Internet is very weak, you will not be able to work remotely, you will definitely have to look for a local SIM card.

At the hotel from 11/17.24 to 11/24.24. I really liked the friendliness of the staff, they are always ready to help, especially I would like to mention the administrator (perhaps the position was incorrectly indicated) Romio is very pleasant, responsive and attentive. We had a rest with our daughter and helped solve household issues several times. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied, the animation team is just great, there is a heated pool. The water park was pleased with the variety of slides, we were happy to ride with our daughter without queues. Yes, entering the sea is not the best and shallow (it will be convenient for small children, it is not interesting for older ones), but it was convenient to swim and watch the fish from the pier.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, the food is for the average four. You can drink beer from alcohol, as well as local wine. Cocktails are served at the bar, but I've never tried it. The room was nice with a large terrace. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

Hotel:

ANIMATION: there is no ANIMATION program, there is no adult program, so if you are a young couple or a company, look at another hotel, it's just boring here. At 10 o'clock it's already quiet, there's no music and everyone is asleep..The hotel is not for the young and cheerful, on day 6-7 it is already really boring.
And finally, I would like to describe the situation we are facing, which is why we will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.
On the last day of rest, the young man paid for diving at the hotel.Their reception is located on the street next to the restaurant where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served.
We arrived at the appointed time, rescheduled for an hour.We came again, the young man was dressed, and everything was OK.We go to the pier and wait in line (because there are still a lot of people who have to dive in front of it). We waited for 20 minutes+- and during that time we started talking to a young man who works at the pier (he doesn't speak Russian).He showed us the go pro camera, said we could take it and take a picture.I was glad because I couldn't take pictures with my phone, but with the camera, that's the best thing.We took the camera, turned it around, and I showed the guy how to shoot it to get cool videos.Then the man who works at the pier showed us this camera, he took it back.Next, some time passes, the guy's turn is not coming soon, and I leave the pier for my room (because the wind was strong and it was really cold).It takes +- half an hour to go back to the pier.On the way, the diving staff sees me and comes up and asks for a camera.I don't understand anything and say that my boyfriend is swimming with this camera right now.I go to the pier, the young man who showed us this camera tells me to return it, and it turns out that my young man didn't take any pictures and he didn't have a camera when diving (I was upset because I wanted cool videos).We go to the diving reception to change clothes, they ask us again about the camera, we explain the situation that we have no idea where it is, etc. etc.We go to the room, then we walk around the territory, they saw us, they came up to us again and started asking again, aggressively.And this happened several times. The situation is that the young man who works at the pier showed up, took the camera from ras and went somewhere.Because when my young man had already immersed himself and then pulled out and asked for a camera, they didn't give him a camera and there was a commotion between the staff.
In the evening, we write to the receptionist to the girl to book a restaurant, she writes to us that she was just looking for us and wants to clarify the situation with the camera.I recorded a voice message to her where I explained everything clearly, and by the evening it felt like some kind of nonsense was happening, we were explaining the same thing to everyone several times, and everyone was pretending that they didn't understand anything.Attention, the receptionist is Lera, a Russian-speaking girl.He writes to us that when we are in the restaurant, the director of the hotel will come to us (we saw this message after we came from the restaurant).As a result, no one approached us.Aggression is already appearing and there is a feeling that some kind of divorce is beginning.As a result, the administrator wrote to us in the morning when and at what time we were moving out, it was unclear why.
The total of the situation: the man from the pier fucked up the camera and decided to hang it on us)I don't know what he was guided by, of course, maybe he thought that we were young and this would happen to us, but no.
Of course, the last day will be remembered for a long time..The impressions of the hotel were not very good, we will not return to it, we liked it very much, but we liked the sea..

We chose a hotel for a relaxing family holiday. The priority was the availability of an aquapark, good food, and a relatively new hotel. Our expectations and reality have completely coincided.
Upon arrival at 17.00, we were immediately placed in a great room not in the main building, but in a villa on the ground floor with a terrace and a courtyard. SUPERIOR ROOM type room, in my opinion, there are no rooms below the level in the hotel. The room is clean, a large bed plus an extra bed for a child. Cleaning, updating of water, juices, lemonades daily. There is free Wi-Fi in each room, at the reception and by the main pool.
Everything is fine with meals, organized three times a day in a buffet style. There is a variety of meat for lunch and dinner: chicken, beef, fish, there were also squid with crabs. Any side dishes and sweets, a variety of fruits. Snacks are organized in bars (burgers, rolls, fruits, ice cream). Drinks at any point of the hotel without problems: various cocktails, beer, wine, lemonades. Visiting a la carte restaurants 2 times a week by appointment.
The water park is open on schedule, but it doesn't bother, there are no queues. There are many slides for every taste, there is a swimming pool with children's slides. In total, there are 7 different pools in the hotel, we swam only in the three closest to the room plus the water park. A lifeguard is mandatory at each pool.
The staff at the hotel is very attentive, responsive and not intrusive. During the day, animators organize vacationers for yoga classes, various competitive entertainment starts, and aqua aerobics.
The entrance to the sea was upset at first, very shallow, it is very far to go to a normal depth, and there is a reef there. But the pier fully solves this problem, it is convenient to descend into the sea from it, where you can just swim and watch the fish (there is not a large reef nearby). Everything is under the supervision of rescuers who are on duty there all the time.
In general, the hotel gave extremely positive impressions and an unforgettable vacation, for which I thank them very much!

A good budget five. I'll start with the pros, a gorgeous sea, a beautiful pier, there are two reefs. There is one reef in the lagoon, here you can swim with a mask and just. The second reef is before going out to the open sea, so you can swim here only by the hour, but it doesn't bother you much. There are always rescuers, so you don't have to worry at all. This reef is richer in its underwater world. And you can not even take diving, it will be a waste of time and money. We took it, we regretted it, the reef is more interesting at the hotel. About the food, everything is delicious, a large selection. There are always meroproducts, meat, fish, chicken, sweets. I liked the beer from the drinks, the cocktails are delicious in the bar on the second floor above the main restaurant. The wine is not bad, dry white, also in the main restaurant. From a la carte, I advise you to visit Italian, Moroccan. Mexico did not come to us. The staff is quite responsive, except for the reception and the fresh bar. Many thanks to one of the administrators of Rami, many issues were solved through him. The rooms are cleaned strangely enough, the sheets are changed once a week. The floors are not always cleaned. The story here is not entirely clear to us. Everything else is fine. We recommend the hotel.

We rested at the hotel from 04 to 09/14/2024.
I'll say right away that it's a bad entrance to the sea, and swimming from the pier is a froggy.
But otherwise: room 4203, restaurants, bars, Water park, pools and animation for a solid four. I really liked the fact that the hotel has an excellent administrator Rami, because with his help, absolutely any issue is solved!!! Room cleaning is not the best, but it is quite decent!

We rested from 08/07/2024 to 08/15/2024 at this hotel.
First of all, I want to express my great gratitude to the hotel guide Abdula; a very experienced employee and just a wonderful person! He knows which tour to offer to whom, quickly solves all problems (and they were), provides the necessary information and promptly answers all questions. Speaking of excursions, we took a safari and the island of Utopia and did not regret it, we liked it! I organized an individual trip to Hurghada for souvenirs, the hotel has shops, but the choice is small and everything is sooooo expensive, so we went and bought what we wanted. Also, a special human thank you to Lera, the receptionist, who helped us a lot in a difficult situation, and then, you can say, took care of us.

We are going to Egypt beyond the sea and the sea here is gorgeous, insanely beautiful, rich reef, you can walk to the lagoon and dive there, you can from the pier, and at about 10-11 in the morning they open access to the open sea, there is generally beauty- you want to swim with a mask and enjoy the underwater world, you want to scuba dive (for a fee). The rescuers at the pier are well done, they are very attentive and responsible to their work! Special thanks to the rescuer Omar! When I went swimming in the open sea for the first time, I was so carried away by the beauties that I did not calculate my strength and swam far away from the pier, when I saw how long I had to swim back, I apparently panicked and began to suffocate. That's how he saw it, and I didn't even understand how he got there so quickly, with a lifebuoy)) The humblest man with a heart of gold, THANK YOU!!!
If you are a fan of swimming pools, then objectively it was simply not possible to be in the main pool, people like herrings in a barrel. We went there a couple of times, then we dipped into other pools, and by the way they are much cleaner and cooler, since there are an adequate number of people in them. We must pay tribute, there are 2-4 lifeguards at each pool and they will look after the children and help them find a sunbed that is occupied in the morning with towels, but no one is lying there))
About sun beds: everything is like everywhere, people occupy them, do not appear all day, and those who came to the pool to swim for half an hour, have nowhere to put their own things 🤷🏻♀️. We didn't borrow fundamentally, why? Even if there was no chair, they just put things under the umbrella closest to the pool. In principle, you can always find a free place by the sea.

Check-in: we arrived at the hotel on 08.08. at about one o'clock in the morning, three adults (me, my husband and a child of 15 years old) paid for the tour for 3 adults and they give us a room with two single beds, despite the fact that from 14:00 07.08 a room for three adults should have been ready for us!!!!! My husband is naturally at the reception, and they will change tomorrow, there are no rooms, as you want, so sleep and we do not understand you at all, either in Russian or in English, what they say you do not like? The room has no balcony, just a small window, like in a dungeon. Well, okay, a day on the road, a night without sleep, in the morning a very unpleasant conversation with the guide, who stoically listened to our claims and by 13 o'clock, we became owners of a room with a balcony and an extra bed next to the sea and the main restaurant! To do this, we had to stand at the reception from 11 to 13 o'clock, the guide had to go to another hotel, and they began to ignore us again, if we hadn't stood there and reminded ourselves every 5 minutes, our room would have been given to others.
Food and restaurant: as elsewhere in Egypt, the food is specific. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce leaves, cheese, olives were taken once a week, yogurt was delicious. They drank ordinary water or tea. The coffee is disgusting. Delicious coffee is only served at the bar in the lobby of the hotel, sometimes we went there after dinner to drink coffee. We took soup for lunch, the first 4 days there were croutons for soups, then they disappeared), well, the same cucumbers, tomatoes, chicken or meat, puree. There were French fries, the child took them, but it was necessary to stand in a decent queue. For dinner, the same as for lunch, only without soup. From fruits: apples, oranges, melons are not tasty, there were grapes a couple of times, that's all. There are a lot of sweets and pastries, but we didn't like almost anything, but it's not necessary. We weren't hungry. On the third day, they began to skip either lunch or breakfast, we had enough if we wanted to have a snack, 2 cafes with drinks, burgers, French fries and pizza by the pools. Ala-kart restaurants, I don't recommend it, I don't understand the rave reviews. Just that we sat in silence, but left hungry -it's Mexican, in Moroccan more or less, but if we hadn't gone, we wouldn't have lost anything.
Well, the cherry on the cake is the waiter service in the main restaurant, it's just some trash! It seems that they work for themselves!! If you give a dollar, ignore it, if you don't give a dollar, ignore it, it's not clear what needs to be done to interrogate them with a knife with a fork and napkins (one napkin in hand!!!☝️). They are not freely available, the waiter goes with them, distributes them to those who like him, the rest are in the gap. As a result, we just began to approach them and snatch what we need from this tray, in no other way, in response to dissatisfied curses, but what can we do, not with our hands))) If you come at the beginning of lunch or dinner, maybe there will be a free table, but after half an hour there are no places, people walk around with plates and try to eat somehow. Attention is only to the Germans, 2-3 waiters are spinning around them, they will occupy a table and no one will be allowed there, and drinks will be brought and a chair will be moved and the appliances will be changed 5 times, I looked specifically at how many tips they give them - so, they don't give at all! But we don't need to, we're not proud, we can go get water ourselves, give us a fork and a napkin and that's it!!!!
In general, I would return here only because of the magical reef, otherwise the hotel is overloaded, there is no animation. But if you know how to act in a given situation, you can enjoy your vacation here, but this knowledge comes at the end of the rest, by trial)

The hotel is gorgeous, not without drawbacks, but overall I think it deserves 5! The food is peculiar, but in Egypt it is everywhere like this) it is not very convenient to descend from the pier into the sea, for children who do not know how to swim-only with armbands, immediately deep. In the lagoon, the water is warm, then it is impossible to walk on it because of the coral. The territory is huge, well-groomed, the staff is on top! The second disadvantage is that the bracelet is cut off upon departure, you will not be able to use anything, extend the room for $ 40 until 18.00 h, after $ 50.
Animation gives a strong impression, children's even more so- every day aquagrimm, dancing and games! No adult, the hotel has saved a lot on invited artists here, a group of animators at the hotel pull the entire day program - from yoga to volleyball, and night - all by themselves!

Everything is good and we met both the room and the pools and the water park everything is cool and clean, but the territory is not very large and there are very few greenery, gardens, flowers and palm trees! But the most unpleasant thing was this food, for the first three days there was no meat, there were some balls of meat and spices fried in oil, spicy, fatty and not at all tasty, but the table for lovers of sweets and pastries was for everything. After complaints to the management, the menu was expanded and rotten chicken appeared, fish in a strange white sauce! I had to chew greens and eat all kinds of rice. I helped out the Maracan restaurant, it's paradise)) if it weren't for them, we would go hungry ... the hotel is located on the outskirts on both sides of the construction site and in the evenings there are kayots walking quietly)) . As for animation, it is simply missing. There is a wonderful Patrick, he conducts dances, zumba, contests in the evening for 40-50 minutes, very charismatic and pleasant to communicate with. The sea and the sun are the biggest plus from the trip. The room is clean and well cleaned, the bar and restaurant staff are friendly and very polite. But this 5-star hotel does not pull at all. We had a rest from 31.12 to 07.01.
1. Let's start with a New Year's Eve dinner. Everything was very bad, terrible table decoration, it doesn't cost 13,000 rubles....
2. More about the sea....not all tour operators warn that there are very strong tides in the morning and there is simply no sea.
3. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the rooms, which should be present in the 5-star category.
4. Restaurants
- the food is terrible and monotonous, every day the same pasta, mashed potatoes, seafood crabs were served empty a couple of times, but it was absolutely not tasty
- there are very few fruits, some soaked apples, sliced oranges, there was never a guava,
5. A la carte restaurants... it is necessary to register in advance, one evening we came to record, but we were told that the entrance was free for Russians. We came to dinner in the evening and were told that it was paid. It turns out that the hotel employee got confused. The head manager was called, but they had never met such terrible communication, they wouldn't let us in and said that these were our problems. Italian restaurants ordered shrimp, but they served them with mashed potatoes)
6. Amification. She is not there, half-hearted girls called a couple of times, to the question "Why is animation so bad in the evenings - we were told - we don't like it, go to sleep...."
7. There are no discos in the evening, there is nothing to do.
8. About security - the hotel is located on a single embankment, you can safely walk from one hotel to another, near a construction site.
Bottom line - don't spend money on this hotel, it's not worth it.

This is... the twentieth time I've been to Egypt. But this hotel in Hurghada, given its reef... it's a real highlight for reef lovers! For reference, this is the best reef in Hurghada. You can compare it with Charm, but there is worse, but also better. The hotel is good. We were given a 2-room room at once, but had to wait, and for free. There were 2 adults and 2 children. It immediately improved my mood! The food is good, everything is there, but without frills. Meat of all kinds. I don't even know, everything is there, delicious, but without frills. We don't need to. The bars are good everywhere, I wish there were more glasses of beer. They are not 200 grams, but they pour 250 into a 400 glass) but this is not the main thing! The main thing is the reef, the water park nearby and the dining room nearby and the pools. Everything is nearby and there is no need to run around looking for children. We really liked it!!!

We just returned from a vacation.
We stayed at this hotel with my husband from December 28th to January 4th. Accordingly, the New Year was also celebrated there.
In general, my impressions are more bad than good.
Pros: the sea, the view, the territory of the hotel is beautiful. The room was cleaned well, there are no complaints. The room is tired, but overall comfortable and cozy. The food, though specific, will definitely not stay hungry. My husband and I found delicious dishes for ourselves.
Now about the cons:
In general, the staff, although they wanted to appear helpful, often couldn't hide their indifference.
According to the voucher, we had "free" visits to two restaurants. Chinese is closed.
There was also Mexican and Italian. Ahaha) It's just a name. We got into the Mexican the second time. They messed up something, and when we arrived, the manager abruptly turned us down and didn't even want to figure it out, although I clearly showed him the correspondence where the time was set for us. He just poked me in a piece of paper and said, "See, you're not here! You're not here! Not to find out, not to call someone, how to solve the problem: nothing like that. We left without a scandal or any negativity.
Still, a day later, we managed to get there. And we were shocked by the quality of the food and service. They brought my husband an obviously (!) stale sauce, smeared on a plate next to the dish. Like mayonnaise, but you know, yes, when it's wrapped and covered with a film.
Then they brought the beef, which looked like it had been lying for a very long time, and now it was fried. It had nothing to do with Mexico. Golim Egypt is of a low grade, worse than in the common dining room.
The Internet is a special kind of art there. There aren't many places where it exists. For example, there is none in the main dining room. Not all pools have it either, but rather one. The Internet was working every other time in the room. We were saved by the neighbors' Wi-Fi, because in recent days, ours had passed out and was not working at all.
The guide at the hotel was rude if he was asked uncomfortable questions, as well as the other staff - he was a little aggressive, although he tried very hard to hold on.
And New Year's Eve is a special kind of pleasure! There was a lot of food - in general, something was even delicious. There was a rack with shrimp, rolls.
But at 23 o'clock, the chefs abruptly started collecting all the food, and I was left hungry) We all ate at 19.00, and how would you like to eat before 00.00?
The seats were cramped, and the tent was cold. I dressed up like a princess) and my husband and I froze. I had to change into sneakers and a hoodie.
And at 00.00, after the farting fireworks, the party ended. 🤣
It was the strangest New Year of my life.

At low tide, the sight is generally sad, as if a herd of cows has passed. And it takes place on average once every two days. In the lagoon, the reefs are all dead, but you can see a stingray, rooster fish, sea snake, moray eel, nemo, dory, and all sorts of fish. But in the open sea, of course, there is much more and the reef is alive. But swimming there for 3 hours a day and under the supervision of instructors (because of the case in 2022). Now, by the way, Barakuda is hanging out here.
The hotel itself is made (sorry) of clay and sticks. Everything is based on my word of honor, it was done on the dump.
Food - even the locals advise eating only clean meat, rice, pasta and bread, do not even touch the rest (it is not safe). It is not possible to eat. Sometimes to tears, because I'm hungry all day, although I'm not picky about food.
Animation - 20 minutes a day in the pool, I saw some yoga under the scorching sun, 15 minutes of dancing and an hour of volleyball. By the way, the water park is also open on schedule. In the evening, the spectacle is also pathetic, but here for an amateur.
And also, since this is Salh Hashish, then add at least $ 5 to any excursion trip due to the remoteness of the area, well, time - you will be the first to be picked up from the hotel, and the last to be returned to it.
Personal is trying very hard, but their PO is much lower than in the market at all, at such a pace and this single plus may soon go out.

The water was hot for 2 days, the rest of the time it was warm, it was cold to wash.
Alcohol is, of course, local and most likely the cheapest. My wife was sick for two days from the cocktail. Drinks are poured into reusable plastic cups.
The territory is scanty for such a large number of rooms. There are not enough sun beds.
I don't understand who writes only positive reviews and where this hotel's rating comes from.
