We had a rest in Istanbul in a small cozy hotel. The staff is very pleasant, they take care, prepare Turkish coffee and tea. They tell you where to go and where to buy what. We had to wait 3 hours for the transfer in the lobby, a young manager named Mert was very kind, helped us, even offered to go to the nearest mini market. The rooms are not big, but they are clean, they clean every day, they give you as much water as you need. The hotel is very close to the tram stop and the Blue Mosque. We recommend it for short trips.
The hotel has only one advantage, it is conveniently located.
The hotel has not been 4 stars for a long time, both in terms of the condition of the rooms and the service.
The rooms are small and require renovation.
There is one side of the hotel, the rooms of which overlook 2 noisy cafes, I do not recommend this side at all. Look carefully when you check in, ask to change the room in this case, which is also not easy, but if you show proper perseverance, then everything is real.
There is a Russian-speaking staff.
The hammam from the hotel is free, but there is a kiosk on the street where they sell a visit to the hammam for 50 €, I do not recommend it, you can first go for free and evaluate whether it is worth paying money for a massage and scrub.
The breakfasts are quite decent.
The rooms often lack something: bathrobes, toothpaste, towels. But you can ask for all this and they will bring it.
I give 3 stars, only because of the convenience of the location, to Sofia and the hippodrome 5 minutes on foot, to the embankment 10.
The photo shows the views from the window.
Hello everyone)I was in Istanbul from 03.10-07.10 staying alone in a hotel. There were only breakfasts, delicious and varied. The location of the hotel is very good. All the sights are nearby, within walking distance. The staff speaks different languages, most importantly in Russian, because my English wants to be better. The room is nice and beautiful, cleaned every day. Therefore, I recommend 👌☺️
We stayed here for 5 nights in October of the 24th year.
There are quite a lot of photos of the rooms and the hotel, I will leave only photos of the room and the breakfast place.
I note that the room is very small, we lived on the 6th floor, with windows facing the street, without a view of the sea, but with a view of the hookah cafe, where it was always quite fun.
The rooms were cleaned frequently and cleanly.
Breakfast, perhaps, is a weak point, but they did not go hungry: eggs, cheese, toast, vegetables.
Powdered coffee from the car is very bad, we went to the next coffee shop in the morning.
In general, the location is excellent, I chose it specifically so that everywhere in this part of the city you can walk to the blue mosque, to the metro and to the embankment.
I really liked the hotel, the room was small, we took a standard breakfast, you go straight up the street to the grand bazaar, from it you go down the center to Sultanahmet Square. We took 4 days, 4 different hotels in different parts of the city. It was the most comfortable and quiet room. The double-glazed windows are super . I slept like nowhere else in the morning, I couldn't hear anything. Breakfast for 3 is normal.
We liked the hotel, especially the location of the hotel itself, many attractions were within walking distance, especially thanks to the staff for trying to explain everything in an accessible way, there were no problems.
The hotel is nice. Friendly staff, there are Russian-speaking staff. The breakfasts are standard for Istanbul, you will not stay hungry. The room is cleaned every day, there is everything you need, including a kettle. The location of the hotel is good, in the center of the historical part, but on a hill. There are traffic jams on a one-way street during rush hour.
The hotel is not bad, for a city holiday, when you only come to sleep.
The renovation of the rooms, however, told the story of life. The wallpaper was gone somewhere, and there were stains on the walls.
Bottled water is provided in the rooms every day, tea/ coffee is added, if it runs out, there is a kettle.
The breakfasts are delicious, they try to diversify, not every day, but once every two days.
If you take public transport from the airport, it's a long way from the metro.
As it is, there are many different cafes and shops around.
The center is within walking distance.
In general, the hotel is already "tired".
It's served like 4, but I think it's more like 3-3+.
The breakfasts are not particularly tasty.
There is a hammam, but for hotel visitors only from 10 to 16, then the time starts for everyone else.
The location of the hotel is convenient.
There are many tourists with bandages on their heads, as they come to Turkey for hair transplant surgery.
I advise you to consider another part of Istanbul, which is more European.
The hotel is no 4. Two stars maximum. We were accommodated on the ground floor and did not want to be relocated, although the tour operator indicated the number of floors. After numerous persuasions, they were moved to a room measuring 10 square meters for two. A bathtub with a matchbox, without the ability to put personal hygiene items or dry laundry.
There is no complete set of hygiene products, bathrobes and a full set of towels. They are brought only on request. Room cleaning is not carried out regularly.
The breakfasts are meager. Coffee is 3 in 1.
The reception staff is tortured and in no way focused on the comfort of the guest.
The room stock is old, the curtains are dirty
Poor quality of service. The room was very small, the hair dryer did not work, they could not fix it, the staff only "feeds" with promises, the condition of the plumbing left much to be desired. Room cleaning for three people. The breakfasts are 6/10, the quality of the products is not bad, but the variety is not enough
Nice hotel. The service is excellent. We were greeted with a smile. All requests were fulfilled very quickly. Special thanks to the hotel manager Shah. The food is delicious. The rooms are clean, they cleaned every day. The location of the hotel is very cool, all the sights are within walking distance. I recommend. We will definitely come back.
An extremely shabby hotel. I have never seen such a terrible service. I was with a friend in a double room. The next day we went for a walk. We go back to the room in the evening, but we can't open it. We went to the reception, called the room and said that we couldn't get in using the key. We were magnetized anew. Let's go to the room. We open it and we're awesome. Someone else's phone is on the charger, someone else's things are in the room, ours are not there, the beds are shifted into one. Let's go to the reception. It turns out that we were relocated without our knowledge. We should have given your number to others. Your things have been moved to another room. We made a video of how they were collected, we can show you. This is followed by swearing on our part. They say they're sorry. Couldn't get through. Although both phones are roaming and connected to the Internet. We are being taken to a new room. Things are piled up. A friend's dirty socks, with my wet washcloth in my suitcase mixed with other things. We're fighting again. I demand the name and surname of the manager. I get the answer that it doesn't matter. At this point, they just leave us in this room. There are no towels. Instead, they brought bathrobes and offered to wipe themselves with them, because they had run out of clean towels. Generally a disgusting place. I don't recommend it to anyone. Only if you are not looking for adventures.
What can I say... the location of the hotel is simply excellent: within walking distance from the main attractions located on Sultanhmet Square.
The rooms are clean, but very cramped.
In my opinion, it is absolutely not suitable if you come with children. The breakfasts can't be said to be terrible, but I would like more variety if they consider themselves a 4-star hotel. Of the 4 days spent at the hotel, 3 constantly pointed out to the kitchen staff that there were no cutlery, then there was no sugar, etc.
A HUGE plus of the hotel, once again, this is a great location: for shopaholics and lovers of history and architecture, everything is accessible. Leave the hotel, immediately to the right and up the "mountain" along the street 50-80 meters, go out onto the main street and ... everything is left for shopping, to the right for lovers of cultural and historical recreation.
The hotel is clean to spend the night, good for those who are not in the room, but came to walk around Istanbul, very poor breakfasts
I wouldn't come back a second time.
A very tired hotel! There was something on the doors before, now there are only traces of glue! The furniture is all chipped! The staff is friendly, but they cheat on the go! Hammam and sauna only until 16.00 for free! I do not recommend it! The only plus is the location, but I think you can find a better hotel for this price...
I didn't like the hotel. The breakfasts are very poor. There are no dairy products at all, the cheeses are cut into thick squares and very salty, the coffee is just terrible. There are no slippers or dressing gowns. He even has three stars a lot. The location is not bad. We didn't find any more advantages.
He lived from December 6 to December 9.The rooms are tired and small. The location is good, but the choice is great.Be careful with the recommendations of the reception, they advise a mediocre restaurant where the check is prohibitively huge!!!
This hotel is not for tourists. The rest was spoiled by the impressions of the hotel. A travel agent recommended it to us because in January, all our friends went super.
But we were less fortunate. In Istanbul for the 4th time, for the 1st time we lived in such a room...
The rooms are almost normal, except that you will keep your things in a suitcase because there is one closet and there are 5 hangers. The bathroom is 1 sq.m. The toilet and bath were cleaned the worst. Breakfasts suck, I saw how the cheapest ARO products are delivered from the subway. There is no coffee, from jupi drinks, and an undercooked omelet with snot from proteins.
Bottled water is always available on request. The location is terrible, all the garbage flows down to the hotel. The entrance is narrow, the entrance is difficult. A pool and spa were promised. There is no pool, this is fake, and the SPA is such a hotbed of bacteria and dirt for the first time we saw this. People also lived there after hair transplant surgery, we had the feeling that we were living in some kind of infirmary, you were sitting at breakfast, you came and sat at the middle table, with bloody bandages on your head, your appetite immediately disappears. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Excellent perosanal for 5+
The rooms themselves are 4
Service for 5
Cleaning 5
The food is regular 5
The location of the hotel is good

I give 4 stars for a very poor breakfast. This is not the first hotel in Istanbul where we stay, and it's not exactly a hotel for 4 arrivals. The staff is friendly and kind, the location is not very good, it is on a steep descent, that is, you will have to walk through the mountains all the time. Repairs were done right next to our room))) but oh well))) It's pretty close to the Hippodrome Square.
The reviews were contradictory everywhere, I liked the design of the rooms, stayed in an improved room, there were not enough chairs or armchairs, the wardrobe was roomy enough, the bed was comfortable, cleaning for 4, the breakfasts were monotonous, but everything was fresh. The staff speaks Russian, it's convenient
Overall, the hotel is not bad. Clean, good room service, delicious breakfasts that include fresh vegetables and fruits. The hotel was chosen because of its location and proximity to many attractions. In fact, the location has nuances))) It is difficult or completely impossible to get to the hotel during rush hours (almost all day). My friends and I had to walk about 600 meters uphill with our luggage (the angle of ascent is large). I also think it is important to warn hotel guests about the disappointment that you will inevitably experience if you buy any tour or trip from the hotel. The booklets contain erroneous information about the expenses and services that you prepay. In my case, only the transfer with a 30% surcharge of the hotel turned out to be paid. At the place where the transfer took us, it turned out that everything had to be paid additionally, although when paying and in the booklet there was information that additional expenses would not be needed. Additionally, what I didn't like about the process: we waited for 2 hours in the morning until the bus was filled with tourists at different points, I drove into one of them 2 times. Then an hour + drive to the first goal. As a result, those who arrived at the beginning and on time were on the bus for 3 hours without the opportunity to go to the toilet. Then we were taken many times to retail outlets where we did not plan to go, without warning. And as a result, we arrived at the lake at night, tired and looking at the black water in the dark)))))) And in conclusion, we were not taken to the hotel and dropped off somewhere in the city, a place unknown to us in the dead of night.
It's just a gorgeous hotel, it's beautiful inside, everything is perfectly clean, and the building looks better from the outside than all the buildings around. And how beautifully it is located, Sofia is just around the corner. The staff is 5+, such a reverent attitude, not a hotel but a fairy tale, I definitely advise you to stay here if you come to Istanbul, this is an ideal place for tourists
The hotel is within walking distance from the historical center of Istanbul - St. Sophia Cathedral, Topkapi Palace and others. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers. The rooms are clean, beautiful, toilet, shower, TV, safe. The breakfasts are ordinary, nothing outstanding…
Come for a few days, walk around Istanbul, slept, had breakfast - a normal 4+ hotel
The hotel is small but cozy. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. It is located in the historical part of the city. The main attractions are just around the corner. There are Russian-speaking staff. We helped to sort out the travel card . They will help you with all questions . The rooms are cleaned regularly. There are not enough towels for two people. And to iron it , you need to ask the maids for an iron and a board . But these couple of disadvantages are fully compensated by the location, staff and breakfast. By the way, there is a vegetable shop nearby where very cheap water is sold. For Russian money, 1.5 liters of 20 rubles and beautiful fruits / vegetables. There is also a tram stop nearby. You can ride and get to many interesting places. By the way, there is also a large Starbucks nearby. Good coffee and lots of goodies. And a little further towards the Blue Mosque there is another Starbucks!
The hotel is not 4*, but between 2-3*. Cleaning is superficial, there are no bathrobes or personal hygiene items. Breakfasts:omelet, French fries, boiled egg.
Very good audibility from neighboring rooms and taxi drivers wake up in the morning with signals.
Breakfast is for three, if you are not a fan of boiled and fried eggs.
The room is comfortable and beautiful, but very small. There is no bathroom, only a shower stall. There was no WiFi on the 1st day. On the 5th day, the warm water was turned off, not for a whole day.
They clean the rooms well, as everywhere else for such a price.
The location is very good, everything is close. But I have to climb a very steep climb for 5 minutes, it's not easy for me at 30, I don't know what it will be for older people.
The hotel does not have any additional chips, gym, swimming pool, etc.
I paid 125 thousand for the hotel along with the flight from Grozny. For 80 thousand, I could fly to Dubai and wished 1000 times that I had flown here and not to Dubai.
Hello!I really liked the hotel. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable.Comfortable, large beds.Cleaning every day, snow-white towels and bathrobes. There is water, kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The reception staff is friendly and smiling, ready to help with any issue.I want to come back again.
The service, the staff is excellent, the room is cozy, clean, the breakfasts are very tasty

Everything was terrible.
The description of the hotel lies that the sea is visible. This is if you got a room with a balcony - you need to go out on the balcony, turn your head and you will see a thin strip of sea.
There was only one (!!!) bedside table in the room for a double bed. There was a pathetic semblance of a table (in terms of the size of the bedside table) so that ONE person could put a cup there. But there was not even a table, although the holes in the wall show that it was there. But for some reason it was taken away from us. Probably because we are from Russia.
The air conditioner is turned on ONLY UPON a call to the reception. And no matter what temperature you say, they will put only one anyway. More precisely, the display will show different temperatures, but in fact - one. And it's cold because of that. Constantly calling the reception to "do less" or "do more" is another quest.
And if you don't turn on the air conditioner and open the window, it's still hot. AND LOUDLY from the street.
The breakfasts are disgusting! Sausage, cheese and fried eggs. That's all. And tasteless. And this is a 4* hotel.
The motion sensors in the hallway are working terribly! As soon as you walk to the elevator and stand waiting for the elevator, the light turns off. While you wait for the elevator from the 0 floor to the 6 - the light may turn off 3-4 times. "Dancing" in front of the elevator is a stupid idea.
And to wait for the elevator on the 6th floor, you must definitely wait until it first goes down to the 0 floor and then deigns to go to the 6th.
In the bathroom (we lived on the 6th floor) there is a window to the technical floor, where workers periodically enter. Standing in the shower knowing that outsiders can look at you is disgusting.
The water in the sink does not go away for 3-5 minutes.
The access card, which is usually inserted into a special connector at the door and thus turns on the electricity in the room, is not functional. She'S JUST OPENING the door.
At check-out (early in the morning) - we REMINDED you about lunch boxes. They nodded politely at us, but they didn't give us lunch boxes. Although we paid for ALL THE BREAKFASTS!
A terrible and disgusting hotel. The worst one I've ever had...

A good hotel for a few days, good breakfasts - real Turkish, the staff is polite and tries, clean linen, the location is good for the historical part of the city - everything is within walking distance. Among the disadvantages - shabby and poor sound insulation.
A decent hotel, friendly staff. They cleaned every day. The breakfasts are normal, not to say wow, but it will do. It is located close to the train stop.
A great, cozy hotel 10 minutes from the most important attractions.
Polite staff, delicious and varied breakfasts. There is room service. The rooms are comfortable. There are balconies on the top floor))
Free minibar and shower facilities. We have stayed here twice already.
I recommend it!
