This store is clearly better than a wasteland, but there are enough disadvantages.
Prices are more expensive, any product is more expensive than "everywhere".
Sweets and cakes are an omission that the department is interfering with everyone, the employees are not up to it. There's never anyone there. You have to wait for someone and sometimes for a very long time.
The freshness of the cakes is always in question. Either I'm unlucky or it's a pattern. They are often dry.
The green card is not clear why it is needed, it does not give anything.
One entrance to the store! It's very stressful. The entrance is on one side, the storage rooms are at the other end of the store.
Self-service cash desks are slow and buggy, they do not accept cash.
It is impossible to wait for a good word at the ticket offices, dissatisfied and boorish cashiers.
Sometimes we take pizza to take away, it can be very tasty! Not expensive. But here you need to get to the right person who cooks. As a result, if possible, we go on for a couple of stops to Corona.

The prices are overpriced, the choice is small. There are few people, so the ticket offices are still free, but the prospects are like all Green chain stores, kilometer-long queues, and at any time. Another question confused me more: we were with a dog. They let us through at the entrance, but after completing the purchases, the guard caught up with us and rudely said that animals were not allowed. I understand the rules, but the attitude is clearly dismissive, and then dissonance arises: inflated prices, which they try to demonstrate their level, and the attitude of the staff, who are no higher than the kiosk in the transition. At the exit, we were met once again by a guard, another one and warned again that animals were not allowed. Another question arises: what does security do when people enter the mall? And if the level of the store is considered high, then why is there no issue for visitors with animals, since in the modern world this issue has long been resolved in public places, even in our country, staying with animals is not prohibited in restaurants, cafes and other shops, and some are even equipped with special booths where you can leave animals for a while visits. In general, the price and quality do not match. Also at the exit, the guard explained that they have a food court inside the store and therefore do not want to let animals in. But if you are already so fundamentally approaching this issue, then I want to note that the security of the store looks like they should not be allowed on the food court either.

The green store chain is attractive to me, but there are a lot of questions about this. It really gives the impression of working "in test mode". The assortment is diverse, but many products are not. And the WORST impression was caused by COOKING, unfortunately. The seller was polite, wished me a good evening, but the salad I bought turned out to be sour and quite obviously inedible. I had to throw it away, which was very frustrating, because the money went into the trash can, and I was still hungry after work.

I work nearby and I really want to be able to get a normal meal on the island, where this food should be. Sometimes it doesn't work, then they say they don't know how to make pancakes (which are on the list), then you need to wait for pizza for an hour (why?). The first time, the pizza of 5 types of cheese was very tasty and beautiful (30 minutes ready), the second time there were only 3 types of cheese, waiting an hour, and 3 slices without cheese at all. How is that even possible?) The cooking department is very important for anyone who wants to go into the store and take something for lunch. But this cannot be done with an hour's wait and such a service! One star for the first pizza. By the way, pancakes are also made it is unclear how, the first time with a bunch of mayonnaise (which is not specified in the composition), the second time without mayonnaise and without cheese, with a huge amount of mushrooms(although there should be ham and cheese besides mushrooms)

Inspired by the new shopping center, we went to the Green at Chervensky on 08/15/2024 at 22:15. We collected a full basket of products (150-200 rubles), the cashier punched all the goods for us, but it turned out that one of the drinks "Local Famous" spilled in the basket. When we went to get a new one, a guard stopped us and in a rude manner demanded to pay for the goods. We refused to buy the whole basket and paid only for the demand. The guard offered to look at the cameras and threatened the police. I did my job perfectly - instead of the store earning 150-200 rubles, I earned 2 rubles. I hope the guard will be paid a bonus for the remaining difference! Congratulations, you have lost paying customers! Don't set foot in this "Green" anymore.

The store is disgusting!!! We have been waiting for its opening for a very long time. Now we are waiting a long time for it to really work properly. In the hope that, as in all stores of this chain, there will be good cooking, we tried a lot. To put it mildly, it is terrible and absolutely inedible, fat in fat, a liter of mayonnaise with cheese, it is easier to cook dumplings, more nutritious and tastier. The child loves pizza, but asked not to take pizza from the Green. I can't say anything about shawarma, I waited half an hour after ordering. An indignant cook came out, said there were no mushrooms, as if they had distracted her from something more important, preparations, as she put it. And all this in a far from polite way. It is not clear why the order was accepted.
There are not enough staff, in the departments, inattentive and absent-minded sellers pointed out incorrectly weighted goods more than once. This is either due to a lack of competence, or due to a lack of proper control and proper guidance. The assortment wants the best, the shelves are full, but when it comes to choosing, there is nothing to take, but we believe in the best). The prices are too high, for us this is a store within walking distance, so we go "for bread and sour cream." If there was a decent alternative, they would not have chosen this Green. For big purchases, we go to other hypermarkets and are cheaper, and there is more choice, and tastier.
PS there are nice and lovely employees, cashiers who work from the first day, but unfortunately this is an exception.

I want to leave a review for the store at 6 Mayakovsky Street, namely the department where they cook and immediately offer to use it. Just the most terrible shawarma tastes: not fried and, as a result, cold inside. The products were simply taken out of the refrigerator, wrapped in pita bread and heated for 30 seconds. It just tastes terrible. In addition, I waited for the order for more than 30 minutes, although it says when ordering that I have to wait 8 minutes. I threw it out, having finished to the middle… I ordered it here last time.
Before that, I once ordered pancakes with cottage cheese and ham/cheese separately. I threw out a pancake with cottage cheese, just tasteless, with dry cottage cheese, without sugar.
There is almost no passability, is it really impossible to cook on time, firstly, and secondly, to cook delicious ..?

When leaving the self-service ticket counter, the anti-theft gate was triggered. The guard asked to provide a receipt for the purchased goods. I've already managed to throw the check out there under the cash register. I had to go look for it. Well, okay, maybe I made a mistake myself, but when communicating with the administrator, it turned out that there is no way to deactivate anti-theft sensors on goods at self-service cash desks. And why is this my problem? It was good that there were two goods in hand. What if there were full packages and the product with the sensor ended up at the bottom? Would I unload everything there in front of the guard? This has not happened to me in other gippers. It is unpleasant, having honestly paid for the goods, to prove that you did not steal it.

Disadvantages in almost all positions:
1. Prices for products are cosmic.
2. There are NO discounts for pensioners.
3. The application is slow, it loads for 30 seconds.
4. The coupons that are provided in the application do not work: 2 coupons came for my birthday, but I could not apply them. The store employee just spread her hands.
