There are self-service ticket offices, which is a very big plus at the present time. Considering that you can skip standing at a regular cash register and skip even faster.
Queues are about the same as everywhere else. Of course, there are a lot more people on holidays. But you don't have to stand in queues for that long.
The staff is friendly and works productively unlike other store chains.
