There are never any empty cells in the storage chambers. They are busy with it is unclear whose jackets, sometimes just a bottle of water and a half-eaten sandwich are lying. The administration has one answer - "Wait until the cell is free."
There are constant queues in the ready-to-cook department. One employee is fussing, then she is at some scales, then at others. At the same time, three people are standing nearby in the pizza department and talking - no one takes pizza there because of its cost. Is it really impossible to strengthen the neighboring department with people at least for that hour from 17 to 18, when office employees go home and come in to get something for dinner?
The potatoes are of terrible quality. We are a potato country, is it really impossible to buy potatoes that are not broken, not cut, not rotten? I ask you not to offer calibrated, washed and packaged - only IT specialists can afford it.
I am already silent about the shortage of cashiers, because of which there are always queues even at self-service ticket offices.
It's sad, gentlemen. The store is at the entrance and exit from our capital, foreigners walk in groups. What would they think of such a service?

In general, it may be a good store, but... It's better not to even try to take cooking. The Caesar salad was don't talk anymore. I bought it in the middle of the day, it was a little better with tyncl, but it had a taste. The chicken too. Only the "draniki" with minced meat turned out to be normal.
I don't recommend this part, just investing in money.
There are no problems with the ticket offices, the queues are small. Only the traffic jams at the entrance and exit are Moscow. The assortment is decent. Just don't take anything ready-made and everything will be fine.

After we paid for our purchases through the self-service system in this supermarket, we went to the Mila beauty salon next to Belarusbank. After we had been in the store for about ten minutes, a green employee suddenly came in and said something to my companion, none of us understood Russian very well. But knowing that she seemed to be saying that we should go to the checkout with her, we felt very strange. Aren't we still shopping? Why are we going to the checkout now, so we ignored her. After a while she came back and waved us to follow her. At that time, we found out that she was not an employee of the store we were visiting, and we followed her. Later we found out that she led us to a vending machine in the self-service checkout of the Green supermarket (next to Belarusbank), and then pointed to say that we had to pay. We looked at it, there were two items that cost about 10 rubles. At that moment, we thought it was outrageous. Why should we pay for it? We didn't buy it. We had already paid for what we bought (at the self-service checkout on the other side of the corridor, there are shopping carts next to it), and then we showed her our receipt, but she did not look at it, only asked us to pay. We asked "why" and she didn't tell us the reason. I said we didn't buy it. And it's none of our business. You should find someone else to pay (these words are in Russian) and tell them to go through the surveillance camera to see who this person is, and then we planned to leave, but she wouldn't let us go, saying we should wait here, we said that our time is extremely precious, and her behavior of finding random people to pay makes us unhappy, I keep repeating that I didn't buy these things, they have to find someone else, and I showed them our receipt for purchases, and 3 minutes later, like this, a man from the staff He looked at our purchase receipt and let us go without apologizing or reacting as if they hadn't done anything wrong. Well, what can I tell you? We went to this store for several years. There were fresh vegetables and fruits, a variety of cereals, a lot of short-term milk, a lot of cash registers, various promotions....
It's getting sadder now. You can arrive and leave with an almost empty cart. Vegetables and fruits of questionable quality for the price of an airplane wing. Fresh bread? "well, come in an hour or at 12", there may not be any milk with a short shelf life at all. Cottage cheese, sour cream... with approaching expiration dates. The assortment of groups is decreasing. Eggs of category D0, C0, CB are very rare. Look for some price tags yet! And baby food in the vegetable department or juices next to meat, in my opinion, at least look strange!
With a height of 160, I can't reach the upper shelves. There used to be stairs around the store. Now they are all fixed on the trolleys of those who lay out the products. And the buyer - jump as you want. Of course, the people around help! But it has to be different somehow!
It is difficult to find young ladies in green uniforms. They help, of course. But the feeling all the time that you are not on time and distracting from really important things!
The shares have moved to an application that works obliquely and slowly. And also, if you have several promotional items in your purchases, then at the checkout they advise you to split purchases into several checks, since 1 check is 1 promotion. You need to open your own barcode for each one... Hemorrhoids, in short. There are a lot of ticket offices, but this does not save you from queues. Unfortunately, the cashiers, for the most part, behave rudely, to put it mildly. I used to buy everything I needed in this store. Now you constantly have to stop by a few more.
The parking lot is poorly ventilated, if there is one at all. There are some homeless people and the stench is terrible from time to time.
I write and understand that we drive, rather, out of habit. I don't know who changed in the store, but it didn't do any good. Sadly
