In general, it may be a good store, but... It's better not to even try to take cooking. The Caesar salad was don't talk anymore. I bought it in the middle of the day, it was a little better with tyncl, but it had a taste. The chicken too. Only the "draniki" with minced meat turned out to be normal.
I don't recommend this part, just investing in money.
There are no problems with the ticket offices, the queues are small. Only the traffic jams at the entrance and exit are Moscow. The assortment is decent. Just don't take anything ready-made and everything will be fine.

The biggest problem is with the storage chambers. Almost always, everyone is closed. Trolley parking on the street from the avenue is unclear where (if there is one at all), there are no signs. A lot of packaged products have to be weighed at self-service cash desks, and this is an additional fee for packaging! There is no bonus card (1 kopeck for 40 rubles), previously at least some interest came from purchases.

There are a lot more disadvantages.
There are never any empty cells in the storage chambers. They are busy with it is unclear whose jackets, sometimes just a bottle of water and a half-eaten sandwich are lying. The administration has one answer - "Wait until the cell is free."
There are constant queues in the ready-to-cook department. One employee is fussing, then she is at some scales, then at others. At the same time, three people are standing nearby in the pizza department and talking - no one takes pizza there because of its cost. Is it really impossible to strengthen the neighboring department with people at least for that hour from 17 to 18, when office employees go home and come in to get something for dinner?
The potatoes are of terrible quality. We are a potato country, is it really impossible to buy potatoes that are not broken, not cut, not rotten? I ask you not to offer calibrated, washed and packaged - only IT specialists can afford it.
I am already silent about the shortage of cashiers, because of which there are always queues even at self-service ticket offices.
It's sad, gentlemen. The store is at the entrance and exit from our capital, foreigners walk in groups. What would they think of such a service?

The price tags are space compared to other networks. The location of some products is extremely inconvenient. The assortment seems to be there, but if you do not want to buy goods from the EU for the price tag of an airplane wing, then there is no choice. I spent 10 minutes looking for where the chicken fillet was in the tray. As a result, I sorted through the trays with expiration dates in the 2 remaining days. Thanks, I left without the fillet/turkey from the tray. The view near the kholodos with trays on the backstage of the meat stalls was not particularly pleasant.
