The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. There is not enough kettle, cups and spoons. Parking is large, because at the shopping center. The reception is 24-hour. If breakfast had been included, I would have put a solid five)

A business hotel, this is how this hotel positions itself, but compliance with this criterion is 50/50 ... There is something to strive for, and I wanted to put only 3 🌟...
I'll start with the negative: The hotel does not have a rented parking space for guests near the entrance, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. it is unrealistic to find a place not to carry suitcases from the other end of the parking lot, or through half of the shopping center from the parking lot. The staff, asking this question to the hotel administrator - a BC guard sitting on the couch or standing at the column intervened in the conversation, although no one asked his opinion at all, the answer was that the seats would be free by the evening - so I would like to bring things in when checking in, and not in the evening. I could not pay for a room in such a hotel through the World of Drink, it is also not convenient ...
Now about the services, there is no spoon and brush / sponge for shoes, slippers in the room, there is no glass / stand for a toothbrush, comb, etc. in the bathroom. There is no bottled water and tea set, only two glasses... Some kind of strange economy.
The double room is not a double bed with a large mattress, but 2 single beds with one thin large mattress pad, so it easily turns into a twin room ...
Now to the pros: clean, modern, good repair, air conditioning. When we were at the hotel, it was very quiet, which is just good, well, the audibility is not strong, since we occupied 2 neighboring rooms, we were able to check it. The hotel has a good cafe and restaurant Bela Chao, there is a separate exit to the shopping center - which has a food court and a large grocery supermarket. For motorists - near the MKAD, convenient for those who go to Brest / Mir/Nesvizh... For tourists who want to go to the city center, there is a metro station near the Hotel.
I would like the hotel to become not an annex to the business center, but its face, with a greater focus on guests, not only with an approach, we have only business trips here, and this will do, but for all guests, including those with children.

Disgusting room service, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, towels stink of dampness, and they are changed after three nights spent.
The room is cleaned in the same way after three nights, nothing happens before at all.
There is no shoe spoon, slippers, bathrobes
, Mosquito net is not provided, because of this, there are a lot of insects in the room.
The only plus is the shopping center
I do not recommend this hotel for accommodation.

We liked everything except the internet in the room. He was practically gone. It connects, flies off and so on in a circle. The speed is minimal. Sometimes they couldn't even call a taxi, they had to go down to the first floor.
Otherwise, everything is very decent.
We bought the breakfasts separately - we liked them. Quite a lot and tasty. The staff is friendly. Generally speaking, it's great.

We took a standard room with my wife for two on the 2nd floor with a large bed, Windows with access to the parking lot:
+ Beautiful, cozy, everything looks fresh. A separate entrance to the Green city shopping complex, breakfast in the room, a newfangled restaurant (but I'm not interested, because we are vegans, we only took fresh carrots to the room). Modern big TV.
- But: it is impossible to ventilate the room, because the windows do not open. Audibility from the street is not for sensitive people. The mattress is too soft, the body aches after it and moves all over the bed...and they also found someone's dark hair, long and short, under the mattress, which usually grows on the legs and in intimate places.........the same long hair on the walls in the bathroom!! To say that it is unpleasant is to keep silent. IT'S SOMEONE ELSE'S DNA, HOW IS THAT?? I wouldn't be surprised if there are stains under the sheet, you know what... They didn't tell the administration anything, the work is visible immediately, what to indicate here, especially since there are no stars at the hotel. To spend the night, wash up and leave is all that is possible here. We won't stop anymore...
