In general, full compliance with the cost. In kobuleti there are both cheaper and more expensive.
Of the advantages - almost on the seashore (see photo) yes, the fund is a little tired, but everything is quite acceptable.
Breakfasts again correspond to the cost. This is a plus for me. You don't have to go anywhere, you can recharge with breakfast without leaving the hotel. If you go to breakfast somewhere nearby, it will be more expensive and not the fact that it is better.
In general, I recommend it. Mainly because of the proximity to the sea, the bus station and the whole center.

A disgusting hotel with its excellent location
Room 409 was dirty: poorly cleaned after previous guests, the walls with dirty stains. The elevator is dirty. It's unclear why they can't just wipe the elevator with a rag. In the rooms, the mounting boxes are not covered with lids. There is nowhere to dry the laundry: a rope is stretched on a pathetic semblance of a balcony, which was tied together several times.
Even the doors are dirty, the dirt is simply washed off with a rag.
One of the sockets was torn out.
Food: This is not nutrition. There is no need to talk about any variety. We went once and never went again.: It is impossible to eat. After breakfast, clean up the dishes after yourself.
Sleeping places for children are 2 cots in the living room of the room. Accordingly, there is no living room. The laundry can neither be folded nor put away.
There are simply not enough closets for things.

The Green House Hotel is in a very good location, about 20 m from the beach, close to the market, shops nearby and a very good cafe Adjarian house, where delicious food for a reasonable fee. Some rooms offer a beautiful view of the sea. There is a swimming pool for children and adults in the courtyard of the hotel. Of the minuses: breakfast is not for everyone according to vks (sausages, eggs, loaf, pasta, buns, porridge). But if you tell the hosts that you don't like breakfast, then they will meet you halfway and improve the service)

The rooms were terrible, the socket did not work, as well as the light bulb, towels and other accessories had to be requested at the reception, although it was stated that everything in the rooms was present. The food that is served is impossible to eat, the cups where tea or coffee was served are dirty. There is no promised buffet. The rooms are not cleaned, we are very disappointed with the hotel
