Terrible company! I took the car in Istanbul, the car was all smoky, at the time of acceptance they indicated that it smelled of smoke and a burnt seat. Upon return, we found some traces of ash in the area of the passenger seat, which remained unnoticed by us during acceptance. The explanations that I don't smoke at all were not accepted, they agreed that they would find out and call back, and in fact, an hour later they deducted 350 lira from the card.
