We took a tour to this hotel by chance due to a small discount, as we chose it at the last moment. The hotel is family-run- there are no children's sports teams here, but it is also completely unsuitable for enjoying privacy. Of this, the main disadvantage is that it is very crowded. There were crowds in the dining room and around the pools, although there was always a place.
Pros- clean, varied and high-quality food for every taste, silence after 24-00. In this sense, even be glad that you are not at the beach, since in hotels on the 1st line in Marmaris, night traffic does not have a bedtime.
The beach is shared with the GN Diamond Hotel. Sun beds/umbrellas and water from the refrigerator are free of charge. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to it, we walked regularly.
The rooms of the Club category clearly do not correspond to 5*. I got the upper floor with an attic - 10 meters of living space. But at least with a balcony and a view not of the neighboring hotel. Although there are no standing view rooms in this hotel.
The sea in Marmaris is so-so compared to the Aegean bays. The beach is also a maximum of 8 meters wide. I hardly recommend going for an expensive price, but as an average option, if there are inexpensive and convenient flights, you can consider.

Positive:
1. Delicious, varied food
2. Cleaning every day
3. Interesting animation
4. Nice, well-maintained territory
5. The children liked the slides and the pool
Minuses:
1. Walk to the beach in 20 minutes (it's okay for me, it's hard for the children)
2. It is very noisy, sometimes the guests carouse until the morning
3. People smoke everywhere and always
4. The room was patched, but at my request it was quickly corrected (lamp and handle).

There are no advantages, so I will describe some disadvantages) this is definitely not a 5* hotel, with a very big stretch of 3*. The staff does not know what service is, the food in the hotel restaurant will seem acceptable only to extremely unassuming guests. The Tagil contingent in the Anglo-Saxon style. Popova got there by accident, but that's a question for the tour operator)) The only thing that does not cause complaints is nature! The clear sea, the diverse vegetation outside the hotel, the local flora and fauna (wild boars, turtles, rabbits) are wonderful 👌
