Excellent three: very clean - both in the restaurant, in the rooms, and on the beach. The food is delicious, fresh, there is always one dish of chicken, fish or meat. Delicious vegetables and drinks correspond to the status of the hotel. Instant coffee from the vending machine: who loves, then ok. We bought ground coffee in migros behind the fence and brew it with boiling water. Here the tea is not delicious) I did not like it. There is always water in the cooler. There are enough sun beds. The sea is warm!))) Unobtrusive animation. The only drawback: it makes no sense to take a sea view - the highway between the hotel and the sea is very busy and noisy. The view of the pool was changed. If the view is land, then they will give you a room on the mountains-the city. It's a little noisy there too. But we got used to the third night.
It's not chic, but it's very pleasant and homely.
The sun sets directly into the sea - a separate ritual.

We rested in this wonderful hotel with the company from 21 to 28.09.24. We really liked the hotel. We lived in a separate house, next to a swimming pool, a huge swimming pool, connected to 2 children's rooms. There is a bar by the pool, on the other side there is a dining room, the water is clean, without the smell of chlorine, if the current is slightly perceptible. Water polo was held in the pool, it was fun. In the morning there was gymnastics and aqua aerobics. at 11 we were going to play darts with fun conditions)) in the evening there was an entertainment program, thanks to the excellent animators) after 23.00, those who wanted were taken to a nightclub, we did not go, but the guys responded positively. There is also table tennis on site, rackets at the reception.
The hotel is all green, beautiful and pleasant, clean everywhere and urns for convenience at every step.
The sea is located through an underground passage directly from the hotel. Entrance between the slabs, sand. the sea was stormy, so we went through the pier. The beach of the hotel is clean, the lifeguard keeps order. We had a minor injury due to our own inattention, the wounds were immediately treated. Sun beds without mattresses, it was a little sad ((and you can increase their number, in the evening it was not always enough, but the lifeguard found free ones at the request or escorted them to the territory of a neighboring hotel. For sun beds, you need your own towel, we took it from home, it is forbidden to take it out of the room, keep in mind.
The food was delicious and satisfying. Chicken cooked in different variations, shish kebab on a skewer, simply fried, nuggets, fillets, baked fish was also served, very tasty. Separately, I was impressed with French fries / rustic, you can just lick your fingers, it tastes better than in a McDuck))) for lunch there were mashed soups, delicious (although I usually don't eat soup, but here we just really went in). Side dishes were stews and pasta and potatoes and vegetables, baked eggplant with stuffing, mmmm, yummy. salads, just cucumbers, tomatoes chopped, greens. Purslane is my love)be sure to try it if you haven't eaten. Fruits are apples, tangerines/oranges, the sweetest melon. Drinks tea, coffee, juices. We drank beer from alcohol (glass glasses, or, if desired, a large plastic, solid one), but there was also their vodka, whiskey, cocktails interfered with the bar. Sprite, cola. The bar is open until 23.00. in the afternoon they gave pastries, delicious. next to the hotel there is a migros and a convenience store where you can buy alcohol at night if there is not enough bar. Russian Russian is spoken by almost all of the district, even the ads are in Russian. Clothing market in Tue, vegetable market in Sat.
The room was cleaned daily, linen was changed 1 time. The TV was found only on the Russia 24 channel. mini fridge, air conditioning, everything is working.
There is Wi-Fi in the lobby and a separate one in the bar, login and passwords at the reception. There is no purchased Wi-Fi.
It offers massage, peeling, hammam. Thanks for the procedure, the muscles were stretched well, after peeling and mask, the skin was just velvety, radiant, be sure to visit, it's better at the very beginning)

We are very surprised and pleased.Of course, the rooms need cosmetic repairs, replacement of sun loungers on the beach, a lot of cracked ones.But there are much more advantages in the hotel! Location, close to many shops,cafes, market,bus stops.Cleanliness everywhere, perfectly clean tables, chairs in the restaurant, perfectly clean dishes!You won't find such purity in every five.All drinks are served in glass!also perfectly clean!And I especially want to mention the food, the cook is just respect, we came up and thanked him several times)Everything is so delicious cooked, meat and fish and salad, in general, the variety of dishes is not great, but due to the fact that each time the meat was cooked differently, nothing bothered.
Good quality drinks, custard tea, insanely delicious pastries for a snack, just magically, even the desserts are delicious,(I've never eaten desserts in Turkey before, they weren't right)
There are three pools, 2 children's pools and they are under an awning!!!it is very important.The adult pool is huge.
The territory is all in greenery, palm trees, fruit trees, flowers.
In addition to the rooms, there are separate houses in the main building.in my opinion, 50 € for 9 days.
The beach has a large entrance to the sea between 2 slabs.small pebbles and sand. Waves along the coast, the beach was closed several times, they were not allowed to enter the sea.We often swam from the pier of a nearby hotel.
I definitely recommend the hotel.

The excellent location of the hotel is 10 meters from the beach through an underground passage directly from the pool. Stops are also nearby - we went to Alanya and Gazipasa. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel-2 small ones for children and 1 for adults-depth up to 2.2 m (indicated on the top of the side), sun loungers are of course occupied all day with towels. There is also a small garden with a tennis table, a small playground, and morning exercises. There are bungalow houses in the garden. We took a room with a view of the garden, it's quieter here, further from the roads. All 10 days at the reception there was a very nice, responsive, patient Russian-speaking girl. The staff is generally friendly, friendly, and nimble. I lowered my grade for: 1. It is very dark both on the territory and in the rooms, there is not enough light. When we first checked in and the employee showed us where everything turns on, we asked about the light bulb in the hallway - he said it didn't work. That's all- no one thought to fix it, like everything is fine. The lamps around the dressing table are falling out of their mounts. Some cosmetic procedures can only be performed in the bathroom and then if you get close to the mirror. 2. The only person from the staff who spoiled the mood on the last day is a woman who fries pancakes. She started yelling at me for taking the pancakes not from the tray, which is in its place on the marmite, but placed next to it (also on the marmite) on the corner. I was shocked, especially since she did not calm down and continued: "You Russians are always climbing everywhere." It was said in the purest Russian language. Nationalism is unacceptable, the management must convey this to the employee. If you can't contain your hatred, you don't need to work where 80% of the vacationers are Russians. The senior in the hall came to the shout, made a remark to the employee and through a wry smile she wished me a pleasant appetite, but no one apologized to me. 3. Weak Internet connection. It is only available on the lobby. Well, at least a paid one was made in the rooms. 4. You can smoke almost everywhere - in the open part of the dining room where everyone eats, an ashtray is placed on request. This is of course a matter of upbringing, and I once saw a guy walk away with a cigarette, but if there is no prohibition, people sit and smoke while others eat, including children. At the entrance to the lobby from the inside, as well, as a result, we periodically closed the window on the 2nd floor, because tobacco was strongly attracted to us. In Turkey, they generally calmly treat smoking in public places, and because special places have been allocated in Russia, I have become unaccustomed to the smell of smoke and it is already unpleasant for me to face this on vacation. 5. Only bar cups are removed from the beach. Wrappers, gobies, plastic tubes -everything is lying on the sand until it is blown away by the wind. Of course, we tried not to pay attention to all these disadvantages, otherwise we liked the rest. The beach is like everywhere in Mahmutlar - a passage 10 meters wide has been cut into the rock, small pebbles are in the sea, large stones come across, so you need corrals with hard soles (you can buy them here at any corner). The beach is also shallow, with sand 2 meters closer to the sea. The sea is very warm-31-32 gr. Plastic sun beds with umbrellas and tables, a place can be found. The food is good - it seems the cook knows a million recipes for cooking chicken. Basically, of course, it was 1 time hearts, 2 or 3 times fish (I want more of course), 2 times beef, soy meat. A side dish of potatoes, rice and pasta in various forms, a lot of vegetables - stewed, baked, and fresh, my favorite eggplant. The seasonings are familiar, the food is not spicy. The greens are always there. 1 type of soup. For breakfast, unsweetened rice porridge is always, pancakes or croutons in an egg, or an omelet. Boiled eggs are always there, and there are also a lot of vegetables. Watermelon, melon, oranges, lemons. 8-10 types of desserts (biscuits filled with syrup, jelly, shortbread with apple and cinnamon). At 5-5.30 tea party with pastries. The hotel was always full, we came and by the end of the meal, there is always enough food. In the bar, tea, coffee from the vending machine has a normal taste, but the amount of sugar cannot be reduced, I had to drink sweet, soda, good light beer, red and white wine of 1 kind, semi-dry, vodka, gin, gin and tonic are made. They give 2 glasses for 1, but you can approach them indefinitely. During our vacation, an accident occurred - a woman slipped on rocks in the sea and fell, was injured. The staff worked very quickly - both the lifeguard with a stretcher, and the receptionist, and the management - the ambulance arrived very quickly, the victim was taken away, I hope she is doing well. Of course, you have to be careful and swim and go into the water in a special place, the rocks are slippery.

Well, maybe it's a three. I would call a Turkish sanatorium. Of the advantages, it is clean, quiet, fresh food, there is a place to walk around the hotel (if compared with neighboring hotels), the staff is friendly.
Of the minuses, the food is weak in terms of variety, I went in early October, there are fewer and fewer dishes every day; it's a long way from Antalya airport, and if you consider that planes now "feed" only tea, then the flight is 5 hours, plus the road to the hotel is 3.5 hours and if you are late for dinner, then starve it would have taken a day if we hadn't brought food with us (there was one stop on the way to the hotel, but I didn't dare take an untested shawarma). Among the disadvantages is also entering the sea, before I did not understand which plates in Alanya everyone writes about, now I understand (I will not describe in detail, if you are interested, then there is a lot of information on these plates on the Internet).
Well, what can I say in general: I chose a budget hotel among the proposed options a week before departure, I think that in general, for reasonable money, a decent option (for 3 stars), but for 170t for two for 9 nights, very weak.

My husband and I liked it! It is always clean: the paths are swept and watered every day, the restaurant was also carefully cleaned every day after each meal. A cozy and well-maintained garden. There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms. And the rooms themselves are also normal. We lived in a separate house, not in the main building. Generally great! The air conditioner is fine, and this is an important factor. The food is always fresh, a large selection of delicious desserts and vegetables. The staff is friendly. The sea is nearby.
True, the TV wasn't working in our room, but that didn't make our vacation any worse. So, I won't write it down as a minus.
My husband said that he would not refuse to come to this hotel again, and so would I.

A very cool hotel!! I chose from budget options. The main criteria are the proximity of the sea, green area and food.
The hotel is small, which is very convenient for relaxing with a child. But it's all green! The staff is very kind and attentive. Accordingly, cleaning, maintenance - I think excellent food for three stars. Believe me, as a travel agent, I know what I'm talking about.
For children: 2 pools, 35 cm and 85 cm - both under the awning. Which is quite important!! In the evening, children's animation is held (cartoons in Russian and a disco).
In general, the hotel understands Russian well. There is also a Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
Sea: across the road- passing through the tunnel, you will see life jackets. They can be taken for free. If the sea is worried and you are worried about your safety. Then it's just super, firstly, you can swim from the pier, it's always quieter there, secondly, the vest / circle for the child (or yourself) is super.
Behind the hotel: cool infrastructure- migros- a large hypermarket is just a stone's throw away, once a week a large bazaar is a 20-minute walk away. Plus, in general, a very beautiful green street with shops, cafes and restaurants. To the left of the hotel is a cozy restaurant, to the right is a starbucks. You won't get bored))

We stayed at the hotel 2 times in a row. Everything is solid 4. The rooms are good, the staff is excellent. Everything is always clean. Most importantly, the sea is beautiful, the entrance is good through a tunnel, there is a pier. The food is good. The pool is huge and there are two small ones for children. The animation is calm. There was live music, a fire show, a disco, cartoons, and a relaxing hotel.

I visited this hotel for the first time in early September 2024 and did not regret it!
Advantages of the hotel:the rooms are clean, the pools are clean, the restaurant is cleaned quickly,
the dishes are clean, the food is not
hungry, everything is delicious thanks to the chef, the fruits are ripe and 3-4 kinds, the beach was cleaned and was always with the lifeguard, the receptionist Lena is just a sweetheart, she will always help and prompt!

The HOTEL is budget, but the staff is VERY friendly starting from the reception, where sweet Lenochka is (about 1:30 drive from the airport, but it's okay with the air conditioner).

THE TERRITORY is not very huge, but VERY green, the pools for 3* are ALL said to be HUGE (clean)❤️

We are resting now in this hotel! In general, it is quite decent, the whole territory is green, the pool is deep and clean, the sea is really close! The rooms are small, but generally standard, clean. The food is not very diverse, but you will not stay hungry, there are always apples, oranges, melon, watermelon from fruits, delicious coffee also with sweet desserts, the side dish is also standard as everywhere else in general spaghetti, noodles, rice, potatoes, vegetables in different variations. I just came from a vacation at Green Peace. You can safely give 4*⭐. Everything is decent: food, staff, green territory. The sea is 100 meters away, near the pier. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory, 2 of which are for children. In the evenings there are cartoons, mini discos. Animator Lilya conducts super exercises and water aerobics. Joseph is a creative, sociable, incendiary super-animator! 🤩 Water polo in the pool🥅, darts, contests. You will definitely not be bored! And for young people, night trips to bars are organized, the price is $ 10. It is better to change dollars in the exchanger (the exchange rate is more profitable than that of the guide and in Migros). Exit the hotel and turn right to the intersection of the Clock Tower, cross over to the right side, 60 meters orange exchanger. We went from the Globus tour operator. Thanks to Elena at the hotel reception - very responsive and friendly. 😘 If you bought an excursion in the early morning (skip breakfast), then to get a lunch box for the road, you need to make an appointment at the reception before 18:00 the day before, otherwise they will not give you. Cozy hotel, very clean, room cleaning every day, normal food, no frills but delicious. The menu includes turkey, chicken, fish, salads, pickles, sweets, fruits. We had a rest from September 18 to 24, 2024.
I liked the hotel, as we were expected to go to 3***! For the first time in Turkey, in a hotel too, there is nothing to compare with, but many people whom we met complained about the food in their hotels and almost all of them have heard that we have good food, which I agree with.
1. About nutrition.
Two breakfasts, we ate early and went to the sea, for sonya there is a late breakfast until 10.30. There have always been two types of cheese (delicious), lots of greens, boiled or fried eggs, ham, sausages, porridge. Coffee from the vending machine - I liked lattes, my husband liked cappuccino. Tea bags. There are pepsi, fanta, sprite from soft drinks. They are indifferent to alcohol, they tried beer - pleasant to the taste, but for wine, gin, etc. no one complained). All drinks at the bar are served in glass.
Lunch is also varied - French fries, stewed vegetables, eggplant sauce, tomatoes, zucchini, soups have not been tried, the meat is delicious, everything is always steamed, there were chicken skewers, fried fish. We got to the afternoon tea once, we were given buns and mini pizzas. Everything is just as great with dinner - meat, vegetables, side dishes and greens, several types of salads.
2. About the location.
We took a group transfer from Antalya airport for about 3 hours. There is a Migros grocery store opposite the hotel. When leaving the hotel, go right for 10 minutes to the clock tower - there are two exchangers with a normal exchange rate. In our time, there was 1 lira = 3.4 rubles.
The beach is through an underground passage immediately from the hotel. We came in from a nearby pier, you can also go in from the shore, there is a passage. I did not notice garbage on the beach, the lack of mattresses on the chaise longue did not bother, there were always places. The sea is clean, very transparent, you can see the fish. At the beach bar, they will give you a Wi-Fi password for a drink). There are two Wi-Fi in the hotel itself - in the lobby and by the pool, ask to connect at the reception. The pool is gorgeous - deep (2.20 m) and quite long, there are mattresses on deck chairs near the pool. The territory is green, there are a lot of sweet cats ^^. I saw a review about smoking - for all the time I did not notice any smoke, not a single person with a cigarette on the beach or in a restaurant, although we do not smoke ourselves. The staff are all responsive, there has not been a single incident. They clean up immediately, everything is clean. The rooms are ordinary, there is a hairdryer, mini fridge, safe for a fee. Something got tired somewhere, but we only took a shower and slept in the room.
Alanya city center is 16 km away. The bus stop is right behind the hotel. Take bus No. 1 for about 40 minutes. The second time we rented a scooter (20 euros/day). We reached the I love Alanya observation deck and Dim cave, there are steep climbs in the mountains, do not think that you will easily reach on foot. There is always something to see in the surroundings.
I was very lucky to find a company of great people for late gatherings at the bar after a busy day. Lyubava and Ilya, Veronica and Roma, Lyuba and Denis, Julia, Denis, Kostya - you did not let our evenings become boring💔 Thank you for the uno and the mafia, as well as for pleasant conversations. We stayed at the hotel for 8 days.
The hotel is nice, the territory is large, there is a lot of greenery.The rooms are small, the equipment is outdated, but that was it.Cleaning was done every day, linen and towels were changed 1 time in 3 days.
The food was varied:sweets, salads, side dishes, meat is not a big choice, but there were enough fruits:(oranges,melon,apples, watermelon); alcohol (beer, wine,water, gin),drinks,tea,coffee, juices.The territory is clean and tidy.The pool is nice and big. The hotel is across the street from the sea, it is very pleasing, the beach is sandy and pebbly.The only thing that upset me was the sea, because the bottom is rocky, you need to be very careful.

We understood that we were going to 3 stars and therefore did not expect much, but the hotel pleased us. The first line, 2 minutes and you are by the sea, a large pool and 2 small ones, the food also suited us, we did not go hungry, the room was small, but it had everything we needed, besides, we just came to sleep, there is a place to walk in the evening, there are many cafes and shops nearby. And now the cons. The hotel is very good for its stars. The staff and service are not intrusive, a large adult pool (depth from 135 cm to 220 cm), two children's pools under a canopy. The rooms are cleaned every day, linen and towels are changed every 4 days. The food is meager, but you definitely won't stay hungry. The sea is a 2-minute walk away, sun beds can always be found, but they are bedding, take your own and bring your own beach towels too. There is almost no animation, but we didn't need to. Sometimes darts, Aqua aerobics are held, and cartoons are played for children in the evening. I also saw that the animators played cards with the vacationers in the bar during the day. Everything was fine with us at the hotel. If you do not expect stars from the sky, but want a relaxing holiday in a sunny country by the sea, then you are here. Near the hotel there is a public transport stop, a supermarket Migros, cafes, restaurants. There is a currency exchange office nearby, Waikiki.

An honest "three-piece". The rooms are cleaned well. The food is normal (although only chicken, turkey and fish were on the meat menu). From alcohol: beer, vodka, gin, crayfish, white and red dry wine. From non-alcoholic: tea, coffee and fake juices. The sea is within walking distance. There is its own private territory.
As of now, it feels like the hotel is a little tired, but everything is working.
What I didn't like was the air conditioners! We rested at the end of June for 8 nights. I really liked the hotel! The room is not bad, they took it with a view of the garden, they clean it every day, linen and towels are changed on the fourth day, there are no beach towels, take your own.
The food is very good, there is always meat, soups, fresh vegetables, greens, fried fish twice, everything is delicious, we were always full. The only thing is that breakfast is a little meager. Bar: there is only inside the hotel, not on the beach. Dining area with fans.

The sea itself is clean and warm, but there are stones, it will be more comfortable and safer in aquashouses.

There are many desserts of the same type. The alcohol is not bad, but the choice is poor (gin, wine, beer, vodka). There is also tea, coffee, delicious lemonades and tasteless juices.
2. Location.
It will take you a very long time to get from Antalya Airport and to all the excursions, get ready for this. The transfer takes about 4 hours.
You can walk around (the embankment is not equipped), several supermarkets, delicious ice cream on the street and a lot of vegetables and fruits. Also, the market comes on Saturdays, they sell everything there.
3. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. It is cleaned every day after 19:00. And not just for the sake of appearance, they add something, but they clean it. There is a swimming pool with a canopy for children. There are a lot of sun beds with mats around, you can sit under a conifer tree in the heat and drink cold beer, a bar next to you.
The sea is the most important advantage of this hotel. Go without exaggeration for one minute. It is as clean and transparent as possible, the entrance is ordinary, you can enter from the pier. We swam with a mask and looked at the fish, there are many of them. The water is always warm and there are always free sunbeds on the beach.
4. The staff is good, the guys are responsible and friendly, the cleaning in the rooms is also arranged. Not everyone speaks Russian.
5. The room we came across was clean, nothing was broken. A TV with one Russian RTR channel.
6. There is animation for children (cartoons on the big screen). And they are trying to do something for adults, but it is usually boring in this regard.
7. The main disadvantage of the hotel is Wi-Fi. More precisely, his absence. Be prepared for the fact that you can normally connect only from 23:30 to 07:30 and only at certain points, because there are a lot of people and routers are overloaded.
Bottom line: for a three-star hotel, it's straight solid 4. The sea is very steep, but it was counterbalanced by the lack of Internet and the distance of the hotel location. If this is not so important to you, then you can safely go.

They are just wonderful, if it weren't for them, our vacation wouldn't be as cool and chic as it was! The entire hotel staff is very friendly! The hotel is good, the room is cleaned every day (we really needed it)
There are many shops, cafes nearby (where another kind person works) . the hotel grounds are clean and very green! The sea is clean and the pool is warm and large! Cool animation for both children and adults (thanks again to Joseph and Lila) .
I also want to say about another of our lifeguard friends on the beach! He's cool and kind! It was fun with him too.

I stayed at the hotel on 06/11/2023 to 06/17/2023. The hotel is actually very good and not expensive. A huge plus is the first line, the beach is excellent (the choice was initially made for the beach and I was not mistaken). I did not plan to wait for 3* "stars from the sky", but in fact it turned out to be very nothing, for people like me who are not very demanding! The food was very tasty and satisfying, although not varied, but I did not expect something like that... I planned to go to the fish restaurant that was recommended, but I never got out because I was very full in the hotel restaurant! The animation is great. Those who wish are taken to discos in Alanya. Towels were changed daily, bed linen was changed once, but it didn't really bother me, because I only came to the room to spend the night, the air conditioner is working, there are all channels on TV. The only drawback is that it's a very long drive from Antalya!
