None of Aktau's buildings can beat Green Plaza! It's a quite self contained and a kind of autonomous living space, not far away from the sea shore.

If you want to buy or rent an LCD in Aktau, just here and period. I have never seen such an apartment complex anywhere. Really, everything is green here, and a playground for children and adults, fountains are working. I would like to write something else about this LCD, but you yourself better come here and see with your own eyes. Get in love for sure.

We stayed here with my daughter, we really liked it! The best residential complex in Aktau! Quiet, calm, comfortable, very beautiful, guarded territory, many shops in the residential complex itself. The apartment is wonderful! We'll come again!
