The best-looking residential complex in Kazakhstan! When I come to Aktau, I often stay there. The park area with a variety of trees, swings, playgrounds, a huge fountain with antique sculptures, night illumination, so beautiful!!! The residential complex has grocery stores, a fitness center, restaurants, coffee shops and close to the sea.

Perhaps the best complex for living in Aktau. There is everything you need - grocery stores, hairdressers, cafes, restaurants, a small fitness room with affordable prices, fast food, flowers, a car wash and more. The bus stop is nearby, the grocery store is five minutes away. A sports complex with sections for children. If you buy an apartment, it is better in the towers - there is less noise from the courtyard, interruptions in water and electricity and there are no difficulties with parking.
