I liked the hotel, considering that the country is not rich, I was determined to have the saddest option) but everything was great, we had a clean room, a sandy beach in 30 seconds and a very helpful staff. No matter what we ask, they helped us with everything, something for money, something for free, if you plan to come here, be prepared for a warm welcome)
The department also offers all types of excursions cheaper than the tour operator and currency exchange at a fairly good rate.
We ate at the hotel, the prices are normal, the food is not very sweet and spicy for tourists.
For breakfast, scrambled eggs or fried eggs, tea, coffee and fruit. That was enough for us.
There is a supermarket a kilometer away, where you can buy everything you need.
There are tuk tuks at the hotel, they will take you and wait for you, and it is more profitable than catching a free one.
There is no free drinking water in the hotel, which is a minus, and there is no Wi-Fi in the room, which is also a plus for someone, and a minus for someone, good Wi-Fi in the fae.
Overall, we are satisfied!

I was at this hotel from February 22 to March 3, we checked in immediately, they gave me a room with an ocean view, if you don't like the room, ask them to change it, the staff attitude is good,Timi the administrator speaks a little Russian,the rest are in English,the room is safe,refrigerator,clean,no insects ,no one bit ,the breakfasts are the same ,delicious ,lunch dinner can be ordered or walk along the beach to the right cafe coconut to Masha is delicious and not expensive ,the ocean is beautiful warm , there were no strong waves ,I went to the supermarket Kils ,Apico by tuk tuk,prices are fixed,I took a discount card from the driver ,prices are not dear ones, the market has everything ,the liquor store is away,Leon beer 470 rupees w/w 0.5 ,rum 180 ml from 740 rupees ,I brought chocolate,coffee,tea,rum ,tooth paste,there is something to bring))),I liked the hotel,Kalutara liked it ,a quiet place ,who has any requests if you are simpler, I recommend the hotel, the pool is clean, it is cleaned,cigarettes are expensive 1200 rubles, take them with you, you can also give sweets and a pack of cigarettes to the administrator as a gift))) there is no theft, write to answer your questions)

2 stars and don't count on more. The TV in the room did not work, breakfast is the same every day (omelette or fried eggs with sausages, toast with jam, fruit plate). Breakfast is scheduled from 7 to 10. The manager, Timi, is cunning, and for money you can arrange both an excursion and breakfast in the room later than the stated time. The room is battered. But according to other guests, there are good ones. The train can be heard very well in the 3rd building. And the wi-fi is not working. A garbage dump next to the hotel on the shore. Lots of dogs. One of the advantages is a clean pool, the ocean is nearby, the staff is pleasant.

The hotel is of course 3 rooms, but the atmosphere and the owner of the hotel Timi, on 5!!!And most importantly, there are few people, for me it was a huge city and an ocean!!!!
