Great hotel! Clean, pleasant, everything seems new - both furniture and plumbing. The room was warm, the water was hot too. The plumbing is also in order, everything is in good order. Very nice clean courtyard, terrace. Good internet connection.
A good location is on the mountain, but close to the center. Fresh air, silence.
Excellent breakfasts.
For every taste: eggs (boiled and omelet), porridge, cereals, pancakes and tortillas, sausage sausages, cheese, and even salads like olivier.
We are very grateful that at 5 a.m., when we had to leave for the airport, we were given the opportunity to have breakfast: tea, coffee, pancakes, croutons, cheese, although breakfast officially starts at 8-30. Wonderful, friendly staff!
I highly recommend this hotel!

A quiet place with a view of Kutaisi, friendly staff, they will tell you everything. The hotel is apparently new, clean and cozy with good breakfasts

A wonderful hotel, very good location, the view of the city opens in all its glory. Literally next to the Bagrati temple, you can say behind the fence. The hotel is located above the city, and the noise of the streets does not prevent you from enjoying your vacation in this beautiful place, while the center is a five-minute walk away. Very good breakfasts, friendly staff. The owner of the hotel greets you and is ready to help you with any question.

A good hotel, we booked by phone, answered in Russian. Upon arrival, another receptionist met me, only in English. Instead of a shared double bed, two single beds were put together. Inconvenient. The plumbing is in good condition, everything is clean. The breakfast is modest, but we ate enough. Baked puff pastry envelopes with cottage cheese were flying away.
