The location is good, old Batumi, cafes, hotels, attractions ,the sea nearby
The price is pleasant 35-40 GEL per day , but it's not all-season, and the rooms are usually clean

Visitors are being deceived: they have several murdered apartments in the area, which are first shown.
If you do not agree to these bestial conditions, then they do you a "favor" and put you in vacant rooms. The price, of course, is being raised.
The rooms themselves are old and shabby, yellow stains are visible everywhere on the bed linen (hopefully just rust), there are few sockets, they are occupied by a TV / air conditioner / refrigerator. There were very old soaps in the shower, the stickers had already dissolved. The watering can in the shower is leaking, the shower itself cannot be fixed at the right angle, only held in your hands.
I do not recommend it because of attempts to deceive visitors and push stuff

A hotel with a touch of Russophobia. We booked a room with breakfast, we arrive, and the administrator says that he canceled breakfast because they are out of season now and also settled in a lower-class room. I do not recommend the hotel.

My husband and I booked this "hotel" from August 9th to August 12th, with breakfast. The establishment was warned that we would arrive early in the morning on August 10th. We arrived at 3:30 (let me remind you, we paid for the 9th). In the black room, we were met by an older man who spoke excellent Russian, but did not understand a word of English. He claimed that there was no reservation, that if we cancel it in our application, he would DEFINITELY say that he did not check us in. I will definitely note that we bought the hotel in the application "Island.<url>. "Ostrovok" not only did not return our money, but also sent a message from the owner that allegedly "THEY WERE WAITING FOR US." No ONE contacted us! NO ONE wrote to us! Dear fellow citizens, do not be fooled by this institution! After reading the reviews, I realized that they are deceiving everyone, and if you are already caught, call the police immediately! Don't repeat our mistakes.

For a reasonable price, you can spend the night. The wallpaper is stripped, the leg by the bed is broken. The sockets were torn out of the wall, when the plug was plugged into the outlet, the plugs on the entire floor were knocked out. One of the advantages is that there is its own parking.
