The hotel is very tired. Repairs have not been done for a long time, plumbing is running, the shower is dirty. There are not that few outlets in the room, only one and that one is somewhere at the feet, if there was an extension cord it would still be normal, and so the phone and other gadgets had to be charged alternately and at the same time put them on the floor or on the bed. Room cleaning is also weak, the bed is not made at all. Breakfasts are meager and there are few of them, you will oversleep a little and you will remain hungry. In general, next time I will look for something else. I give 0 points to the hotel as a whole. I added 1 star to the girls from the reception and the guard, they are really good, they try to please the customers.

We celebrated the year of the child there, probably the most pleasant institution for a child, I put 3 * because firstly there is no security, secondly the unoccupied territory is free for small children and adults to pass, although parents should look after the small ones, the stream is not fenced. Eternal repair. It's already scary at the hotel, the lobby resembles a storage shed. There are also these columns in the middle.
The service for 1* barely pulls. The waiters are not trained, there is practically no admin. When the banquet is served, no one is invited, no one moves, serves himself.

Завтрак имеется, персонал приветливый, обслуживание хорошее, номера чистые. Главное доступные цены!) Надо учитывать что гостиница советской эпохи 🤭 дверные ручки и замки говорят об этом😁 Есть большая стоянка для машин, что радует. Ещё есть на территории СПА и отдельные домики они современные, посмотреть вблизи не было возможности...

Хорошие чистые бассейны можно снимать бесдки там очень комфортно отдыхать есть баня после неё классно плакать в басике вежливый персонал и хорошоя кухня

Первое хорошо, что есть много бассейнов для взрослых и детей. Вода в бассейне не очень чистая. Шезлонги входят в стоимость входа. Имеются бунгало за отдельную стоимость.
Еда в аквопарке холодная пока доставят все остывает. Но цена дороговато

After all the procedures, the master was waiting for me and asked me to leave a review in the book of comments and suggestions (this is normal), but when I wrote, the master stood behind me and watched what I was writing (a sense of control). In general, there are two feelings…the spa itself is a little outdated in terms of renovation, dark, basement. Были в кафе этого комплекса. Все блюда принесли холодные. Шашлык холодный, палочки сырные вообще со льдом внутри. Манты варенные ещё более менее. Жаренные вообще не вкусные. Соус не дали никакой.
Из плюсов ухоженная, чистая красивая территория.

Гостиница нормальная. Я постоянный клиент. Но сегодня позвонил узнать про свободные номера, а мне отказались давать эту информацию по телефону, ответили - пишите запрос в ватсап, как освободимся мы напишем.
Что то поменялось в политике гостиницы или правила сервиса изменились?

Гостиница самая худшая, тараканы, моли с размера пальцев взрослого человека. Ещё молодеж приезжает чисто уединиться. В номерах душевая кабинка очень грязная, когда садишься на унитаз обнимаешь раковину. Не советую
