Very disappointed due to insufficient water pressure. Paid such much money and couldn't take a shower.

A 4-star hotel. The price/quality ratio is optimal for Kokshetau. The rooms are new. Everything is of high quality. The breakfasts are quite varied. Room service is fast. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the level of services provided. I recommend it to everyone as the best option in Kokshetau.

The best hotel in Kokshetau. After a long journey, the friendly staff greets you and the room has everything for the comfort of living and working.,
I especially wanted to highlight the bathroom: Grohe products (this is another level), Splat toothpaste in the dental kit. Shampoo and shower gel smell delicious.
The breakfast is good, everything is delicious.
